The last 5% of the job is the most important. Renova completed our work and the details that satisfied our HOA and responsibilities for the roof. Thework was finished and brought online on the day promised. Our questions were answered and all calls returned with answers. The contracting process was smooth and fell into place. Not much more we could ask.

Professional, Customer Oriented

Commercials were informative, with no hype, which I do not like. Made the phone call. From the outset, they were knowledgeable, informative, professional.

Excellent

Good management and customer service is best measured not when all goes as planned, but when things go wrong. We had a couple minor issues come up - driveway looked stained from the colored dust tracked off our roofing tiles on the workman's boots - it didn't budge with a broom or hosing off and I was afraid it would not come out. Barbara Jennings, our sales rep, contacted Renova's quality control and it was handled to our satisfaction and relief. After the install, the power generation/usage app showed us using more power than generating. Barb caught it immediately and had it corrected within 24 hours. Barbara Jennings, our Renova sales rep, was just outstanding. Returned all calls and emails promptly, handled every question and concern completely. System installed and operating as promised. We were referred to Renova by our neighbor that had just had an installation done. He told us that when he was meeting with solar companies for quotes, Renova's representative, their materials, and program, were so far superior to the others that he cancelled further appointments and signed with Renova. I would agree.

We were referred to Jeff Godels by another sastisfied customer with rave reviews. Jeff was extremely professional and got back to us right away to set up appointment and each time we called him with more questions. He made sure we had a thorough understanding of the system and great follow through from initial contact all the way through installation and after. He and Renova made sure each step was easy.

Excellent, just excellent

Renova Energy installed a Powerwall for us about a year ago: today, with the torrential rain that Palm Springs is getting, was its first test, as we've already lost power several times, each time for upwards of 50 minutes. The Powerwall did *precisely* what it was supposed to do, and we couldn't possibly be happier. Flawless execution on top of on-time-on-budget installation appears to be what these folks do best.

Renova Energy just completed our solar installation. Everything form conception to final day of instal went extremely well. The crew were professional, knowledgable and managed minimal interruption to our daily routines. Our energy consultant Matt Mcpherson did a terrific job explained the entire process clearly and helped us manage our goals.

Performance

My sales representative and general contact person, Matthew McPherson, was top notch throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, make sure I had a good understanding of how my system works and how to monitor it. Very thorough and courteous. Likewise, the crews that worked on the installation/hookup were great! Courteous, always kept me informed of what was going on, how long it would take, etc. No mess left behind either! Will highly recommend.

Renova is the only choice you should consider

Renova was recommended to me by a friend. I looked at a couple of other providers but based on the recommendation, I decided on Renova. Once I met with the representative from Renova, I was convinced that I had made the right choice. The details and customer service were top notch and not what you expect, unfortunately, from any business today. Renova kept my updated from discussions to contract to permits to installation to post-install follow-up. The workers were professional and very polite. They were efficient and always let me know when they were arriving and when they were leaving. Great group of workers, great company to deal with and super customer service, from the sales representative to the other support employees back in the office. Awesome experience, awesome company. From the initial visit to the installation this was a great experience. Every person we came in contact with at Renova was professional and really cared (unusual in today's world). Anytime I email our salesman Bryan with a question it is answered immediately. This company is great!

Mr. McPherson was honest, professional, not pushy, knowledgeable and understanding of my electrical habits. I was walked thro the how, when and what the panels can and will do in everyday words. The pro and cons were clearly defined. The many lending options were reviewed without pressure to to choose until I had time to review, read and consult with family and accountant.

My experience with Renova was flawless from beginning to end. After receiving four in-home solar quotes I decided to go with Renova. My salesman, Cortland Knudsen, made the decision a no brainer. He explained the entire process so I completely understood how the system would work for me. He was there every step of the way including the day of installation. The install team were true professionals. Their work ethic was exemplary. The install of my 29 panels took 2 1/2 days. The crew never left without cleaning up and letting me know what the next step would be. When the project was completed a Renova Concierge met with me to go over the completion of the project. I couldn't be more pleased with Renova and with Cortland for an amazing job that proceded so effortlessly and stress free.

From start to finish, the Renova team was truly amazing. We had lots of questions, all of which were answered patiently and clearly. Installation was relatively smoothly, they did go a couple days over the agreed completion date. Which would not have mattered except we are a hotel, and are very protective of the guest experience. Over all very satisfied with everything, every step of the way!

Matt our rep was incredible from start to finish. Super informative warm and professional. Zero pressure or obligation. He had loads of info and answered all our questions. I just had my Tesla Powerwall installed by Renova Energy

I just had my Tesla Powerwall installed by Renova Energy and I am ready to join the electric revolution. I took advantage of the utility rebate and 30% Federal Tax Credit. I will pay the balance by taking advantage of the time of use rates currently offered by Edison. The powerwall looks great on my garage wall too and is integrated seamlessly with my solar system. If we have any power outages - I am basically covered for an indefinite time period (with certain limitations). Happy Happy...
