Renova Energy

Successful Solar experience

One year experience with Renova Energy was very successful. The Sunpower products they represent are the best, the sales experience with Matt was positive offering many options, the installation team was friendly clean and timely, follow up questions were quickly addressed and the cleaning team is visits are efficient. We are full-time desert residence and at the end of one year my system produced more energy than I used running three AC units and So Cal Edison sent me a check. I am please with my decision to select Renova and recommend them to friends.

We Highly Recommend Renoval for your Solar Energy

We researched several companies before we made our final decision on installing our solar panels. Mark at Renova was very thorough in his explanation of how their system works, the equipment we would get and what it would produce to cover our needs. They started work as scheduled and finished within the time frame they provided. Their installers were professional, friendly and accommodating. We are very happy.

Very professional

Good recomendations

A year later and all is well.

One year ago we chose Renova to install our solar system. We had contacted a couple of other installers and found that our customer service representative Ruben Ramirez was well ahead of everyone else in knowledge and attention to service. We had many questions for Ruben along the way and we’re very appreciative of his quick response time and deep levels of knowledge. Here we are a year later and can easily say that our experience with Renova was exceptional and that our decision to install solar was one of the best financial decisions we’ve made. Combined with our installation of an electric vehicle charging port, we have seen our electric bills reduced to nearly nothing while adding substantial value to our home. All the while, we are helping our community And our country move to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.

Excellent!

The best service, timely response. The whole team from sales to installation was friendly and completed work as promised. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

Horrible communication and customer service

Renova was recommended by a neighbor. I had solar installed, which went ok, and then had Tesla power walls installed. Renova’s total lack of communication both internally and externally was astounding. Their scheduling and customer service are non-existent. Find another solar installer.

Excellent service.

Excellent service from start to Finnish.

Excellent work!

We reviewed several companies and went with Renova because of their product knowledge, terms and ability to rectify any situation with their local presence.

Very profession staff

Many of our friends had panels installed by them. They offered the most comprehensive presentation leading up to our decision

Very professional An informative

Referred to by a neighbour After meeting with Ruben Ramirez I felt very comfortable He explained everything in detail and so that I could understand I Was looking very forward to have in the solar Install Reuben introduced me to Nick Stolar He was in charge of installing the solar Nick explain to me what he And his crew would be doing They did a very professional and clean job After the solar was install Nick explained to me how things worked and Reuben came back and spent time with me explaining it all In Detail was very well informed by both Reuben and Nick very happy with both of them and will be recommending them to my neighbour who is interested in solar Could not have asked for nicer people If you have any questions please give me a call (323) 899-6220 Thanks

Very Happy

Several referrals from friends who used Renova Energy for their Solar Installations. From my first meeting with my Sales Consultant, the interaction with the installation team along with the Office staff interacted with, all were professional, responsive and extremely helpful - made the entire experience very easy and reassuring.

Excellent Experience

We have used Renova twice and each time they exceeded our expectations. Timely, clean installation with highly efficient Sunpower Panels.

Awesome!!!

We interviewed several solar companies and Renova stood out from the rest. Their representative Ruben Gamez is simply the best. He walked us through the whole process of having 25 solar panels installed. Their crew was efficient and very professional. It’s been over a year now since the solar panels were installed and we are very happy with our decision to have them as our provider. After the installation we had questions along the way and Ruben was always there for us. If you are thinking of getting solar panels I highly recommend Renova and ask for Ruben Gamez. He is polite, patient, professional and just overall a good person who provided great customer service. Thank you Ruben.

Our new system

What a very pleasant experience. Barbara Jennings was our sales consultant and she was very knowledgeable and very considerate through the design phase. The whole installation team was very nice and very neat and clean about their work. We wanted to install before the end of the year to take advantage of the 26% tax credit and Renova accomplished this with time to spare. All around a great experience. Thanks to everyone. Bob Carr

Pleasant experience

I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience in dealing with David and Renova Energy. David was friendly, knowledgeable, and presented their products safely and effectively while practicing good social distancing. It was an easy process to get signed up and have our work approved.

Professional, excellent, top notch system and service!

As a lawyer I like doing all my research, asking hard questions, analyzing the evidence and data and finally, making my decision. Renova and it's team were the best from day 1. I compared them to 5 other strong local providers in the Coachella Valley. Renova out-performed in every category. Initial call. Presentation. Proposal. Follow up. Clarifying questions and calls too. Mark Licon knows his material and is a quintessential professional. My initial telephone calls were professional, informative and customer-centered. Mark Licon's zoom (or similar platform) presentation was executive level, answering tough questions, covering various scenarios and with my best interests in mind. Mark and his team worked to put together a roof-top layout that was effective and esthetically pleasing. Their proposal was well-thought out and competitively priced. Mark patiently worked with me through my learning curve and gave me the info I needed to compare and contrast with other providers who were not so forthcoming, knowledgeable or professional. Fast forward to installation, when Mark's team was hard-working, polite and respectful, explaining every step of what they were doing. Every one of them wore a mask out of respect and concern for health and safety. After installation was complete, Mark walked me through the software on-line which monitors my system and tabulates my energy production. Again, I could not ask for a better experience. I cannot recommend Renova highly enough. Thank you Renova for all you've done to make my home more sustainable.

Great company

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Ruben Gamez, he is fabulous!

Excellent team at Renova. Great start to finish.

Renova Energy was recommended by several neighbors. They were all happy with the results.

Professional

The process from start to finish with Renova went very smoothly. Everyone in the installation crew was professional and courteous. I couldn't have asked for more from them or my Renova contact representative. While the installation itself took only a few days, waiting for permits from the government and electric company did take longer than anticipated. I wasn't in a hurry to install, so it really didn't affect me. I have only had the grid on the roof for a week or two, so I am not yet completely transferred to the new electric billing option so I can not comment on how my electric company bills have dropped, but I can see that the solar power is working and generating power as expected.

Solar excellence in the Coachella valley

The product and reputation of the company were the main factors in my choice of a solar company

Abc

Ruben and crew are wonderful hard working people. An asset to REnova

Renova Energy is a Company with Integrity

I've just had solar installed by Renova Energy and am very pleased with their process. The stay with you for every step, handle all of the paperwork, permits and inspections. Their installation crew was on time, very professional, knew what they were doing, and finished the job with 100% satisfaction of the city inspector. Mark Liçon, Senior Energy Consultant, was an enormous help in explaining the system, how it works, and scheduling everything perfectly. I highly recommend Renova Energy for you solar installation!
