Customer Service Stinks…..don’t waste your time

It was an absolute nightmare getting the solar installed back in 2022. However, the panels have been working and my bill has been low over the years. I currently have a panel not working and I can’t get anyone to respond via phone or email. These people will bug you during the sales process and then after you sign a contract and have the system installed….you can’t get a hold of anyone. Although I like the solar and it does what it’s intended to do….I’d never do it again. It’s just too much of a hassle when something goes wrong. This company doesn’t care….they just want your money and then on to the next person.

Very Poor Follow Up

During the sales process, we were of course, inundated by conversation. From that point on, getting dates, times or any type of follow up has been frustratingly poor. Our system is installed, we are awaiting some type of inspection from someone and there appears to be no one working on it. Certainly there's no one communicating with us. Find someone who knows how to communicate with customers
