I normally don’t write reviews or like door to door sales but I’m so glad I took the time to talk to Greg Barker. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I always returned my calls within minutes. I ordered the solar in March and it was installed in June. Only took that long because I had to get a new roof first. I didn’t want to use Tesla and wanted to find a better company. I found it! Highly recommended. Seem less process. Install crew were amazing. Luis was excellent and very professional.

KOTA Solar Experience with JP & Gabe

Both JP and Gabe were awesome from first day they were here introducing the company, they made sure to answer all questions and concerns. Super knowledgeable and professional,they explained everything in detail whether it was questions about pricing, install process or anything else they were on top of it. From beginning to end they made this experience amazing. Everything went by so quickly, from permits to install day, they were super fast. Overall the process was amazing and i would recommend this company to anyone seeking solar panels. They will definitely take care of you guys!

Home Solar Project

To date, I can only say great things about Kota Energy Group. People have been coming thru my neighborhood for years, trying to sell solar. I never let any of them in until Drake showed up. His info was clear and concise. He answered all my questions, without any ambiguity. The installers did a first rate professional job. Installation was done just how I asked. Clean and sanitary, looks awesome. They installed it on my tile roof, with no leaks. The December rains proved that!

More companies and salespeople should be this way!

I had a very good experience with KOTA. Tyler, our sales rep, was clear, friendly, and efficient at helping us understand how solar would benefit us. He listened to our concerns and was able to answer our questions. He showed up on time for his meetings with us and always responded quickly to any phone call, email, or text I made to him. I have appreciated Tyler from the first day he knocked on my door. At first, I was skeptical about the benefits of solar. Kota Energy Group Home Solar Install -EXCELLENT

My decision to go w/ KOTA, based out of Concord, CA, for my home solar system was based on great customer service; excellent product & warranties; & professional installation. My initial decision to go w/ KOTA started w/ Tyler Puhalovich, Solar Advisor. I was in the process of choosing a solar company. Tyler explained very clearly the economics of moving to Solar and the solar install process. He answered all my questions, and if he did not know, he would find out. A lot of other Solar rep’s didn’t do this. He was our main contact throughout the entire process. KOTA provides an excellent product and very robust warranties on all home solar equipment & installation. The solar panels are higher wattage output which means fewer panels on the roof. The workers that did the solar installation were professional and detail oriented. An example, is how they bent the wiring conduit to follow the contours. I was concerned how they would fasten the system to my roof. The technician showed me and explained how they anchor and seal the system on the roof. In conclusion, my experience w/ KOTA was excellent & I am very satisfied w/ my home Solar system.

Matteo Gazzale (8504500019) and Kota have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish on all 3 of my properties. Matteo and Kota's internal operation teams made the process extremely easy for my family. I can't recommend Matteo and Kota enough for any solar ownership needs. I am saving over $75,000 in the next two years between all three properties. Solar with Matteo and Kota is a NO BRAINER. Simply the best contractor experience on the planet. Transparent, attentive, fair, and simply on it every step of the way. With an engineering degree and contractor background I can say after looking at 8 quotes that you simply won’t find a better overall value for your power for 25 years.

Everyone at kota was very helpful, friendly and well informed, especially Nathan Pettijohn who guided me through the process from start to finish. kota’s solar panels are state of the art, and their prices are good.

We feel very lucky to have had Rae Dallet of Kota walk us through every phase of our home solar installation, tailoring it to our situation and helping us with everything from initial planning to post-installation paperwork with PG&E. Actually everyone we worked with at Kota was good, but Rae was the best!

Our family Medina would like to talk about our experiences with Kota Energy Group. JP Morgado helped our neighbor Mr.Soriano switch over to Solar before us. We had a bad experience before with a different company, with a pushy salesman. Being able to have someone understand us and our needs is a must.Our main concern was also being able to understand what exactly Solar is and what it would do for our family. Our family is also Spanish speakers, so it was very helpful to have a bilingual representative not only explain it in English but also in Spanish. Not everyone's electricity bill is the same, some have extremely high bills but our home was only $100 monthly. Not only do we have a lower electricity bill now but KOTA was also able to install a new roof to our entire home and add 10 Panels at a lower cost than PG&E'S scary increasing rates. There is also a tax credit available, where they return 26% back to you. It's a no brainer, if you have any questions & are considering switching over to Solar I highly recommend contacting JP Morgado.

Great Overall Service!

Alex S, my salesperson, was great to work with. He's been my main contact throughout the whole process and has been able to get me answers for all of my questions and concerns. He's very attentive and, most importantly, always follows through and always follows up. The installation process was seamless and the panels themselves are very attractive. They're without a doubt the nicest in the neighborhood. Very pleased with my decision to go with KOTA.

Excellent service!

So many solar panel salesman have knocked on our door in the past year or so, but we decided to go with Kota Energy Group because Ross was not only so knowledgeable, but super friendly, personable, respectful and not pushy at all. The entire process was so simple and efficient with constant communication about what was going on. We felt like more than just another customer.. they took good care of us. Very happy!!

I had just moved in to my new place and was considering the option for solar when Alex and Tyler presented me with the KOTA option. After several visits and discussions it seemed a very good option! I loved that it was a US based program and that even the solar panels are made in the US and had a 100% guarantee by both the solar company and KOTA. Tyler and Alex were present for every step of the project and checked in regularly! It was great to work with the representatives and the company. Customer Service At It's Best

From the start until the finish, I found every aspect of this experience wonderful. I had noticed my neighbor getting solar panels, it was neat and quick. So I asked her, she referred me and the next day the sales person, Ross Vera, came by. I really appreciated how Ross explained things to me, taking into account my experience working for a public utility. He didn't dumb it down, but was open to explaining it in a way I understood. The follow up prior to, during and after the installation has been top notch. I would highly recommend Ross and Kota Energy Group to all my friends. I also had a wonderful experience with Salem Hoffman, and that phone call was informative and personable. They took the time to explain the reason for the follow up and other items I cannot recall at the moment. It was a delightful conversation with Salem, I found their social and customer relation skills to be excellent.
