The best solar company

IQ Power installed our solar panel for our hot water system in 2007. 1Q Power is very reliable company. We are saving approximately $40-$60 per month. I highly recommend them.

Water treatment

I had a water treatment system installed by IQ power in 2013. I recebtly moved to a new home and had IQ move my equipment for me. We soon realized my old system was not sufficient since I was now on well water. Iq gave me a great deal on a well water treatment system and had it installed the next day. I'm very pleased with the company.

Great Service

Emily at IQ power was so helpful when I called with a pool pump leak a day before we were going on vacation. She set up a service call and even after the technician who was suppose to come to my house got stuck on another call she made arrangements to have another Technician (Cade) come to the house 20 minutes after I called. Cade checked out the problem and once the part comes in they will fix it while I am on vacation so I don't have to worry while I am gone. Thank you IQ power and you have a customer for life Please know Emily and Cade are a great asset to your Company. Thank you, Cindy Williams

Top Notch Maintenance

The technician from IQ Power came out to the house to do our first yearly maintenance on our recently installed solar water heater. Not only did he inspect the solar panels on the roof but he also went up into the attic to make sure we had no leaks. In addition he flushed out the water heater and explained the controls behind the panel on the water heater itself. We felt the inspection and preventative maintenance was not only professional in nature but gave us peace of mind.

I have not had any problems since the time it was installed. I do keep the maintenance routine w/IQ Power,, they are always very professional.

I recommend the customer educate themselves prior to any sales event, to include what their needs are and financial options. Read all notes as to the signed contract and hold the installer to their signed word. insist on getting what you paid for by contract. As a home owner its your responsibility to know the codes and laws regarding the installation DONT be under or over sold. I am very pleased with the installation crew. Customer communication became very easy, once I requested that only, One person be the point of contact for my installation. MS Kaylin did a fantastic job in that regards. IQ will assuredly be a leader in clay county Florida in the very near future. We were the first.

I Q Power Installation at my Home

Very nice professional job , done quickly and looks good , Only problem I had with the install crew , was a seeming disregard of where on the roof they walked , stepping in valley's is a easy way to cause a leak , I had to ask twice that they try not to do that!

I Recently bought a solar hot wat system from IQ Power in January of 2014... There were some basic problems with the system leading me to call IQ for service. At first I was a little worried because I found out that the the system I have was not even being carried by IQ anymore as their is a new owner and new management etc. fortunately, the new owner (ivy) was very considerate and helped fix our system even though she didn't have to. I know this may not be a big deal that some may see worth praise, but for my family, not having to come out of pocket $500 to fix the system was an unbelievable relief. I am very pleased with the New IQ and if I'm the future I decide to get solar panels added, I will go with them first.

The turn over in this company is big. The system took over 2 years to get ?right and by the time it was right I had to pay $158.00 from that point on if I had any complaints. They put it on the wrong side of the roof,the system leaked through the ceiling and they did not even offer to help with the repair costs,the water heater itself has a leak and I can see no savings in my electric costs .
