Cameron and Bruce were very professional. The office let me know of the time of their arrival and they were right on time. They completed their work in a timely manner and explained what had been done. They gave me a sheet with the details of the work completed.

Amazing Company & Workers

I typically do not recommend companies or products, but IQ Power has been exceptional from installation through maintenance. Everyone in the office to the workers who periodically maintain the systems have a great work ethic and are very respectful. That is not something you see very often. Ann Marie, Bruce & Cameron, as well as many others I have spoken with during and since installation have been helpful and walked me though the process. It has been a very good experience.

Serviced today 3/7/17 by Bruce & Cameron. Workmanship was excellent. Both gentlemen were curtious and friendly. Work was fully explained and done in a timely manner.

Annual maintenance

I receive an annual call to remind me to schedule maintenance, which is helpful. The scheduler was very accommodating and called to alert me the technician was delayed. Cameron, the technician, was patient and polite. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and worked efficiently. Definitely a positive experience.

Bruce was the lead. He exercised very good communication skills. He listened to my concern about the heat level and corrected it. They were quick and efficient.

Cameron and Bruce were solid professionals all the way, from their greeting and introducing themselves to explaining what they intended to do to explaining what needed to be done to the actual installation of the needed new parts. They resurrected the reputation of the company as far as I'm concerned. Their efficiency and courtesy will be remembered.

That Extra Effort

Regular maintenance on Solar Hot Water and Treatment Systems. Technicians Bruce and Cameron were efficient and thorough. While on the roof, they saw damage from the hurricane to an area of the roof and moved some shingles around to cover the area. I didn't expect that and it was a nice touch.

Solar installation at East Seacove Ave

The installer were professionals. They wanted me have a safe installation. They cleaned up like nothing was disturbed. I pointed out an alternate but they wanted to run back to the main panel which cost them time. I wanted them to connect to the sub-panel that was on the shed which would been easier, but they said it was not code. I was very happy with installation.

i had the pleasure of speaking with Amorie today with IQ power. I just bought a new house and have no clue about anything solar, and she made me feel very comfortable about all my questions. This will definitely but my company for all future solar and water treatment needs.

really don't have much to say haven't had the system operational for a full month yet but my electric bill dropped considerable already and this is the bad time of the year for sun. I'm not sure what is going on with the $20.00 discount they keep talking about on next service for writing a review, this system has a 10 year warranty thought the installers (the guys doing the work) were very professional and quick but it took a month and a half to get it to pass inspection (mainly due to uneducated city inspector) IQ power collected the payment without me releasing the loan to them some how and was charged interest on a loan for a month and a half before the work was completed correctly had issues with the lender charging interest when the bill was paid on time and in full there was promises made that were not kept the system was reduced in size before installed the warranty is only 10 years instead of 25 as quoted that is a pretty big deal when you consider the cost of 25,000 for the system which means if it does not out last its warranty period it will not pay for its self before it starts costing us more money. as for the recommendations listed below. I don't have a problem with IQ power except that some how they gained access to the money I was borrowing without my knowledge before the work was completed, but I have issues with the lender (GREENSKY) one for releasing the funds without my permission and they sent a bill for me to pay interest on money on a bill i payed in full on time. and last of all the city inspector comes out does not know what he is looking at even though he was scheduled ahead of time to inspect a solar instillation and has to go back to office and research the instillation to see if it is code don't know how long that took but it was about a month before he comes back out and gives it an OK then FPL was out right away to replace the meter that was impressive this review probably not worth $20.00

I am happy with my solar install from IQ Power.

There is one thing I am not understanding and it comes down to the installers. what I mean by that is they cut a basketball sized hole in my roof for a 1" conduit line. yes the box above the hole covers the entire area that was cut out but that still doesn't make any sense why such a big hole for a small purpose. other than that everything was installed nicely and the unit is producing on average more than I use. My electric bill has already dropped 200 dollars. and that is in the months we don't have the same amount of day light for production to happen. So despite the unknown reason I listed above I will give all fields except installation 5 stars.

The initial phone call was answered very quickly. Technician returned my call in a timely manner. All concerns could be handled over the phone. System now running fine.

Professional

The salesman was very knowledgeable about all aspects of solar system, no sales pitch, just answered my questions, and did not try to sell me more solar panels than I needed. After signing the contract, communication was a little lacking at first. But after the HOA and permits got approved, communication was great. Installation took 2 days. Very professional crew that took the time keep everything clean. County inspector was very impressed by the quality of installation, even commented on the top quality equipment installed. Very satisfied with IQ Power.

Fantastic & Reputable Company

We cannot speak more highly of IQ Power then what we already do. We had them replace our solar panels more then 7 years ago & stuck with them ever since. They come out yearly to maintain our system & are there at a moments notice if we need. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would! They know the meaning of true customer service, prompt response times and quality work. Along with being a reputable company, the are a reliable company. We never feel like we will be talked into anything that isn't a necessity & feel the quality is spot on.
