Regular maintenance on Solar Hot Water and Treatment Systems. Technicians Bruce and Cameron were efficient and thorough. While on the roof, they saw damage from the hurricane to an area of the roof and moved some shingles around to cover the area. I didn't expect that and it was a nice touch.

The installer were professionals. They wanted me have a safe installation. They cleaned up like nothing was disturbed. I pointed out an alternate but they wanted to run back to the main panel which cost them time. I wanted them to connect to the sub-panel that was on the shed which would been easier, but they said it was not code. I was very happy with installation.

i had the pleasure of speaking with Amorie today with IQ power. I just bought a new house and have no clue about anything solar, and she made me feel very comfortable about all my questions. This will definitely but my company for all future solar and water treatment needs.

There is one thing I am not understanding and it comes down to the installers. what I mean by that is they cut a basketball sized hole in my roof for a 1" conduit line. yes the box above the hole covers the entire area that was cut out but that still doesn't make any sense why such a big hole for a small purpose. other than that everything was installed nicely and the unit is producing on average more than I use. My electric bill has already dropped 200 dollars. and that is in the months we don't have the same amount of day light for production to happen. So despite the unknown reason I listed above I will give all fields except installation 5 stars.

Trouble shoot

The initial phone call was answered very quickly. Technician returned my call in a timely manner. All concerns could be handled over the phone. System now running fine.

Professional

The salesman was very knowledgeable about all aspects of solar system, no sales pitch, just answered my questions, and did not try to sell me more solar panels than I needed. After signing the contract, communication was a little lacking at first. But after the HOA and permits got approved, communication was great. Installation took 2 days. Very professional crew that took the time keep everything clean. County inspector was very impressed by the quality of installation, even commented on the top quality equipment installed. Very satisfied with IQ Power.

Fantastic & Reputable Company

We cannot speak more highly of IQ Power then what we already do. We had them replace our solar panels more then 7 years ago & stuck with them ever since. They come out yearly to maintain our system & are there at a moments notice if we need. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would! The best solar company

IQ Power installed our solar panel for our hot water system in 2007. 1Q Power is very reliable company. We are saving approximately $40-$60 per month. I highly recommend them.

Water treatment

I had a water treatment system installed by IQ power in 2013. I recebtly moved to a new home and had IQ move my equipment for me. We soon realized my old system was not sufficient since I was now on well water. Iq gave me a great deal on a well water treatment system and had it installed the next day. I'm very pleased with the company.

Great Service

Emily at IQ power was so helpful when I called with a pool pump leak a day before we were going on vacation. She set up a service call and even after the technician who was suppose to come to my house got stuck on another call she made arrangements to have another Technician (Cade) come to the house 20 minutes after I called. Cade checked out the problem and once the part comes in they will fix it while I am on vacation so I don't have to worry while I am gone. Thank you IQ power and you have a customer for life Please know Emily and Cade are a great asset to your Company. Thank you, Cindy Williams

Top Notch Maintenance

The technician from IQ Power came out to the house to do our first yearly maintenance on our recently installed solar water heater. Not only did he inspect the solar panels on the roof but he also went up into the attic to make sure we had no leaks. In addition he flushed out the water heater and explained the controls behind the panel on the water heater itself. We felt the inspection and preventative maintenance was not only professional in nature but gave us peace of mind.
