I am very pleased with the service performed by technicians Edwin and Brian. Edwin explained so much to me that was NEVER explained when I purchased my system in 2010. He is very patient and a great teacher. Answered all of my questions and actually showed me some basics about how it works. I would like to ensure that he stays with your company and is my service technician every year.

Solar panel system/Water heater saving about $150-$200 a month

Mike was my sales guy and he did an excellent job going over all the options with the systems and even how to save more money by updating my hot water heater which actually lowered my total cost. I was really shocked that he actually saved me 8 grand by showing me other ways to save money. I appreciated everything they did for my family and I. My bill went from $250-300 a month down to about a $100 a month. Even with the monthly payment of $120 I'm saving $30-80 a month. Thanks IQ power!

Great Service

We had our solar water heater put in by a company that went out of business. We had no idea who to call to get the annual service done and we found IQ Power. They came in and checked the system and explained how the old company was installing a product that is not normally used for in home, however for pools. They stated that as long as it is still working we are fine. They cleaned the system and we have them come back each year for service.

Recently had my Solar Panels inspected for my yearly inspection. Loved the all around customer service from having a phone call to give me a heads up when the service technician was on his way with an estimate time of arrival to the helpful and friendly service Tech Cameron Poole who thoroughly checked out the system from the roof down and even answered some additional questions I had. Highly recommend IQ Power, LLC to take care of all your solar needs.

Maintenance

My solar heating panels and electric control box were both serviced by Bruce and Cameron on 3/3/2017. They did a fabulous job and even repaired an existing problem that was misdiagnosed by previous service providers.

Excellent service with a smile!

Bruce and Cameron were great to deal with! They were prompt, personable, efficient and polite. Big shout out to Bruce who cleaned off a couple of dirty skylights on the roof next to where he was working even though this was not part of the expected maintenance! IQ Power took over the accounts when the original company that did the installation of our solar panels went bankrupt or just took the money and ran, or something. IQ Power has consistently provided very reliable and helpful service at a reasonable price.

Great company

I have IQ Power come out every year to check on my solar water heater and solar panels for the pool. They always do a great job and they explain everything in detail. When I had hail damage, they came out and took off my panels and put them back on in a timely manner for the roofers. They made sure everything was working great and they made sure the panels were not damaged by the hail. They are honest cuz they could have tried to sell me new panels but they didn't. They new I had insurance covering the repairs so they could have tried to get money out of me but they didn't. I just had them come out for my water heater and they were detailed again. Ask them anything and they will explain it to you. I trust them...

Solar Attic Fan

I chose to add a Solar Attic Fan to rid the heat that bills up during the day. I feel this should bring our Electric bill down,plus I had added insulation blown in the Attic. IQ Power did the job and did it well.

Amazing Company & Workers

I typically do not recommend companies or products, but IQ Power has been exceptional from installation through maintenance. Everyone in the office to the workers who periodically maintain the systems have a great work ethic and are very respectful. That is not something you see very often. Ann Marie, Bruce & Cameron, as well as many others I have spoken with during and since installation have been helpful and walked me though the process. It has been a very good experience.

Annual maintenance

I receive an annual call to remind me to schedule maintenance, which is helpful. The scheduler was very accommodating and called to alert me the technician was delayed. Cameron, the technician, was patient and polite. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and worked efficiently. Definitely a positive experience.
