Ipsun Solar

Satisfied Fairfax homeowner

I found Ipsun to be very responsive and not pushy at all, compared to other companies I contacted. They were so very helpful in helping me understand what I was getting, and the price was right, and the financing arrangement was top-notch too. I recommend them highly.

carport solar installation

I contacted 3 suppliers of solar equipment: two in CA and one, Ipsun, in Northern VA. All were competitive for price for a 28 panel installation on my carport. I had built the carport myself and decided to do the solar installation also, since several local installers would not even consider a quote without knowing my last year's electric usage. I explained that it didn't matter, since I planned to buy an electric car (a Volt) and would be aiming for an all-electric house. I currently heat with a heat pump and oil furnace backup. Herve went to bat for me with Dominion, and got approval for my installation. After a year's usage, I'm planning to add more panels to my garage roof to be totally solar dependent.

Conscientious and Professional Installation

We were paired with Ipsun via Solarize NOVA, and have been very happy with the results so far. A painless process, Ipsun handled all aspects of the installation, from design and permitting through to final county inspection of our panels, including coordinating with our power company to replace our power meter and receive permission to operate. Their team was always professional, openly communicative, and friendly. Installation was unobtrusive, and the team was respectful to ours and our neighbor's properties. We had a small issue with minor exterior siding damage during the installation that was immediately addressed, including an immediate call from the CEO within an hour of the issue being identified, to ensure the issue would be resolved to our satisfaction - which it was.

Great quality

Ipsun was price competitive. More importantly the people were pleasant and professional. The engineering was great and they handled all the regulatory steps.

Competent, professional and thorough installation

I was very pleased with the solid, professional job the Ipsun Power team did on my solar installation. From initial conversations, through the sale, scheduling, and installation, everyone I worked with was friendly, reasonable, and competent. I'm quite satisfied that I've got the solar system of my dreams, and I would encourage people looking to get solar to give these folks a call.

Excellent Service, Couldn't have asked for Better

The support and service I received from Ipsun was awesome. From the start of the process, the staff was kind, patient, and provided me with all the information I wanted to know. They held my hand from start to finish and still answer any questions I have. They explained everything and was open to all questions I had. So far, I love my solar.

The Best

Honestly, after doing a LOT of research, I found that Ipsun Power was THE BEST choice. From start to finish, you simply won't find another company that holds your hand throughout the process and delivers more than they promise. They are STILL in touch with me to see how things are going, and I had the system installed over a year ago! Don't waste your time doing the research, because I already have done it. I had over 50 panels installed and am super grateful that I chose Ipsun Power. Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions. And, YES, I am saving tons of power and money every month! Excellent company to work with

We worked with Ipsun Power this summer to install solar panels. They were professional and easy to work with throughout the process. They always kept us informed along the way and were very reliable. The work done was excellent and the team that did the install was very friendly, neat and efficient. They made solar a great experience

Great Experience

Ipsun is a great company to work with. They answered all of my questions and did a great job guiding me through the whole process. The install crew that came to my house was professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. Ipsun also gives a personal website which includes all documents, pictures, schedule, receipts, etc in one place, which is very convenient. You get an app as well that tracks and trends how the panels are performing over time. After installation, they even applied for the county property tax credit without me even asking. I have no regrets with choosing Ipsun Power, and I recommend them to anyone looking to go solar!

Ipsun Power

The team provided us with the support and guidance we needed every step of the way. Unfortunately, our first inverter blew up. The owner himself took care of everything to get it replaced and came to inspect the final installation to ensure that the system was subsequently running properly. The estimate was accurate and the team was very professional. The external install was very smooth with no disturbance to us and the inside portion was very smooth, professional, clean, and respectful of our time and space. We have all the data on the energy that our panels are producing available on our mobile devices. This is a great way to utilize unused roof space. I highly recommend Ipsun Power.

Excellent Solar System on our home

We are very pleased with the solar system installed by Ipsun Power. The team's presentation and process of educating us was very clear and professional; the estimate was accurate and the price was reasonable. The external install was very smooth with no disturbance to us and the inside portion was very smooth, professional, clean, and respectful of our time and space. We are thrilled with our zero electric bill and with the tax deduction which we took for 2016. We have all the data on productivity of our panels that we might want from our monitoring devices. The panels also look good on our roof. I highly recommend Ipsun Power.
