Excellent Solar Installation/Support Experience With Faris

This is an update on my experience with the support I got from the IntegrateSun support team. I worked with Faris for 2 support issues which got resolved very quickly and efficiently. My Critterguard came out due to heavy storms in our area and Faris arranged for a tech to come out and get that fixed. While they were fixing the critter guard they saw that one of the panel had a crack and Faris and the team got that replaced very quickly. I would rate the support I got from the team at 5 stars. I had a fantastic experience working with IntegrateSun LLC for my solar panel installation. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and handled with great care. A special thanks to Hamza Hassan, the Project Manager, who was instrumental in making the entire installation seamless. Hamza was knowledgeable, communicative, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on schedule and met expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. There was a minor delay on getting the panels due to manufacturing constraints but he still kept me updated on the overall status which helped. The team at IntegrateSun demonstrated professionalism and technical expertise throughout the project. The installation was completed on time, the county inspection has been completed and now we are just waiting for the final PTO from the utility company. I would recommend IntegrateSun LLC to anyone considering solar energy solutions—and if you get the chance to work with Hamza Hassan, you're in great hands.

One of our solar panel was not producing enough energy, I reached out to Integrate Sun support. Faris was assigned for trouble shooting the issue and found the panel was bad. Faris diagnosed the problem thru tech persons and had the panel replaced. Faris’s initiative, prompt follow-up and technical assistance was great and would give five star for his service.

I recently completed a 9.3 kW rooftop solar installation with IntegrateSun, and the experience has been excellent from initial design through commissioning. With 35 years of construction project management experience, I tend to evaluate contractors on technical accuracy, communication, and execution. IntegrateSun performed at a level that met — and in several areas exceeded — my expectations. System Design & Engineering The design team provided a clean, well thought out layout that maximized roof production while respecting structural and electrical constraints. They were transparent about equipment options, code requirements, and utility considerations. I appreciated that they were willing to discuss conductor sizing, inverter behavior, and load side vs. line side interconnection details. They treated me like a partner, not a passive customer. Project Management & Permitting The project development team kept the process organized and predictable. Permitting, utility documentation, and AHJ requirements were handled efficiently. Communication was consistent, and I always knew what stage the project was in. As someone who has managed complex construction timelines, I can say their coordination was solid. Installation Quality The installation crew delivered clean, professional workmanship. Conduit runs were neat, penetrations were properly flashed, and the electrical work was tidy and code compliant. They were open to discussing grounding, bonding, and monitoring placement, and they respected the fact that I had technical insight to offer. The final product looks good and performs as expected. Performance & Expectations The system is now online and producing well. Based on the process alone, IntegrateSun has earned a full 5 stars from me. But solar is a long term asset, and post installation support is just as important as the initial build. I plan to update this review over time as I evaluate system performance, monitoring reliability, and IntegrateSun’s long term service responsiveness. Bottom Line If you’re looking for a company that delivers solid engineering, clean installation work, and professional project management, IntegrateSun is worth considering. I would recommend them based on my experience so far.

I am writing this review to highlight the exceptional technical proficiency of Integrate Sun. I had been experiencing a specific, recurring failure where my Powerwall 3 and inverter would lose power once the battery hit 100% capacity. After navigating the bureaucracy of Tesla’s support system with no results, I turned to Faris for assistance. The difference in service was night and day. Faris and his team showed a high level of mastery over the Powerwall hardware and software—correcting an issue that had baffled others. In a field where many companies prioritize sales volume over technical support, Integrate Sun distinguishes itself through accountability and skill. They stayed focused on my system until it was performing exactly as it should. If you want a team that understands the complexities of high-end energy storage and provides world-class service, this is the company to call.

Great after install service

I had a system with them for years now which saved us a ton of money and helped us when the power went out a couple of times due to heavy storms. They’re very responsive when I have any questions and are really helpful whenever I need any assistance. Highly recommend them

Horrible 18 month experience

What was promised as a 90-day installation turned into an 18-month nightmare. We contracted this company for a 12 kWh solar system with two Tesla Powerwall 3 units. From the start, the project was plagued by incompetence and delays. Permits were filed incorrectly—multiple times—with basic typos and application errors that any professional should have caught. Inspections failed because they either submitted the wrong paperwork or simply didn’t show up. They also damaged our electrical panel during installation and never properly fixed it. To make matters worse, they installed outdoor junction boxes with open holes exposed to rain—an obvious safety and code issue. After all of this, we were hit with surprise charges to mount the batteries, something that absolutely should have been included in the original scope of work. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no urgency to correct their mistakes. We were excited to invest in a system using Tesla products, but this installer made the entire experience exhausting and stressful. Eighteen months of delays, failed inspections, sloppy paperwork, unsafe workmanship, and unexpected charges is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

Quality System, but the Process Takes Patience

IntegrateSun offers great pricing and high-end tech, which is why I chose them. However, the communication during the middle phases (permitting and design) was a bit lacking, and my project manager changed midway through. Luckily my new project manager, Frank Martin, is knowledgeable and efficient and was able to get it done before the tax incentive expires at the end of 2025. So, if you aren't in a massive rush and want a Pearl Certified installer at a fair price, they are a solid choice—just stay on top of your project manager.

All in all, they worked hard to get us the panels installed before the end of the year. There where a couple of shipping hiccups, but everything is working and our Reps were very good at picking up the phone and continued to call us every step of the way!

Very good experience

We have installed 37 solar panels in Maryland. The project manager, Irfan, was wonderful. He introduced himself from the beginning of the process and kept us informed every step of the way. The whole process was more than 6 weeks but these were circumstances out of his control.

Some rough spots but Faris came thru

After we experienced some difficulties with the first install crew, IntegrateSun got us a highly experienced crew. They did great work. We passed inspection and the power company approved. We needed Faris to get us operational. He had the magic touch.

Shari was very attentive during the approval and installation process. He kept me informed throughout and answered all my questions. Faris was there after the installation to be sure it was all working properly.

Great results in a hectic year

It was a stressful and hectic year for solar installers, but the team at IntegrateSun were fantastic, including Sam and Allen, and especially the PM supervisor Areej. She really stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park! Her communication was excellent and she was always very prompt and professional. She was consistently responsive whenever issues arose, handled them efficiently, and made sure I was always informed and had a clear, honest understanding of the situation. I definitely recommend working with Areej and her team a IntegrateSun!

The Excellence of IntegreteSun

I am so glad I went with IntegrateSun to install my solar panel system. After being screwed by a “cowboy” outfit, I contacted IntegrateSun to see if they could make a particular deadline — which I knew would be quite a challenge. They said they would do everything they could to make it happen. Sure enough, they made the deadline, saving me thousands of dollars. They didn’t put a foot wrong throughout the whole process — from outlining my options all the way through to installation. Everyone was completely professional, honest, available for communication, and transparent. The installers were personable, friendly, courteous and helpful; I would have trusted them as babysitters. Even when I had a question after installation and payment, the project manager responded to my query and explained the situation. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am to have bought my system from IntegrateSun. No regrets at all. I only wish all companies were as honest, professional and efficient as IntegrateSun!

I received the most competitive price for the size and design for my system. It’s been a month (during winter) and it’s already out performing my expectations.

Seven Months and Waiting for Install

I signed a contract for installation of a solar system with Integrate Sun LLC on June 10, 2025. Their cost sheet included a 30% federal solar tax credit ($7,000) I would receive. The credit is no longer available in 2026, meaning installation needs to be complete by the end of 2025 in order for me to be eligible. IntegrateSun LLC did not secure permits until October 24, 2025. The contract said they are required to install the system within 30 business days of securing permits. As of December 20, 2025, IntegrateSun LLC is in breach of contract as they have not begun installation of the system, nor have they provided me with an installation date. The project manager, Emma Joseph, has been extremely unresponsive and slow in managing this project to completion. Stay far away from this company if you hope to have your system installed within seven months

The Integrate Sun team has done a fantastic job of ensuring that our system was up and running after a wind storm. Fully stood behind the install.

Absolutely horrible company

System has been on my roof Since the beginning of August and is still not activated. Failed city inspection after failed inspection. My project manager did not know what he was doing. I find myself trying to schedule my final inspection now. Please find yourself another company, trust the 1* reviews and take the 5* with a grain of salt.

Faris diagnosed the problem and had the repair tech resolve the problem the next morning, Dec.2/25. Issue was with the breaker in Enphase box. Very much appreciate Faris’s initiative, prompt follow-up and technical assistance.

The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and respectful work environment. The system was installed flawlessly, and everything was tested. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the equipment, the smooth installation process, and the outstanding customer service. They also collaborate with a third-party loan company that funded part of the project which save me from the stress of looking for a loan company. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar for their home.
