We used Infinium Solar services before to install a 5KwH Solar system in our home, which worked flawlessly for many years. Now -- it was time to upgrade with 2 Franklin home batteries to take us off the grid. Infinium Solar did an AMAZING job designing the layout, getting permits, ensuring everything is installed and setup correctly to make our home fully independent of the grid. Infinum also accommodated take-down and re-install of the solar panels as we were replacing the roof (it added to complexity of the project). Kudos, Jeff, Dai, Ji, Jiel, Jerome and team!! I had an excellent experience with Infinium Solar and would highly recommend them, especially for anyone needing help with an existing SolarEdge system. My initial contact was with Tavee, who was extremely helpful. I had discovered that my SolarEdge inverter had not been reporting for several months because the old 3G cellular connection had been discontinued. Tavee patiently walked me through setting the inverter up with a hard-wired network connection, which restored communication with SolarEdge. Once the monitoring was working again, I discovered a bigger issue: the inverter had not been producing any power for about five months. My original installer had gone out of business, and the system had been installed in 2018, so I was not sure what my options were. Tavee explained that the inverter should still be under warranty and guided me through contacting SolarEdge to request an RMA. After SolarEdge approved the warranty replacement, Infinium handled the rest very professionally. SolarEdge requires certified installers to install replacement units and access the SolarEdge installation app, so I needed an authorized company to complete the work. Once I received the replacement inverter, Tavee quickly provided a quote and electronic agreement. A project manager was then assigned and was very accommodating with my schedule, while also providing regular updates throughout the process. Infinium also went above and beyond by helping me obtain an API key for the SolarEdge app. This allows me to run an automated script that checks the system and alerts me if it stops producing or reporting again. That was especially valuable since the SolarEdge app itself does not seem to proactively notify homeowners unless they log in and check for alerts. Overall, Infinium Solar was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. They helped me resolve a frustrating warranty and monitoring issue on a system they did not originally install, and I really appreciated their support from start to finish.

Fast, Transparent, Professional and amazing team

Recently we moved to a new property where the previous owners did not give any documents regarding Solar system. Reached Solar Infinium. From the first call itself, they were very welcoming and encouring that they will support till I get the PTO. The process started. Every week, I get updates (through email and phone call) from Lou on the status. This helped me not to be in dark and not knowing whats going on. They got the best Techincian ( Ruben and Dimitri). They both have very good energy, sporty, experienced and very easy to work with. When they come to the propety for any work, they know what they are doing. Infinium has rescued me from a system failure, and I'm now a customer for life! Here's what happened: I recently got my first electric vehicle, and a friend recommended an electrician to install the charger. That electrician did a great job, but when the installation was finished, half my solar panels had stopped working. My solar was installed eleven years ago, and had been flawless from day one, but when this problem arose, I discovered my installer no longer existed. Infinium stepped in and diagnosed the problem right away - my panels were still producing, but were no longer reporting their output. Infinium replaced the failed microinverters, and everything is working perfectly again. Thanks to Carlos who did the installation, Jiel who diagnosed the problem, Lou who managed the project, and anyone else I've left out : ) It's great to have Infinium set up as the new service and maintenance provider for my solar installation.

Infinium installed a Chargepoint EV charger on my rental house in San Carlos to make the house more attractive to potential tenants. Renz did the plans, including detailed drawings, and the permit was approved quickly by the City. And Jimmy did the installation. 🙂👍 Infinium also installed solar panels on my roof and two big FranklinWH batteries with bollard safety barriers before the federal tax incentive expired at the end of 2025. Now the house is practically off the grid and the tenants will have almost no electric bill. Gideon was great at explaining the possible options and costs, and it was a pleasure working with Dai, Ji, Theo, Carlos and the entire Infinium team.

Infinium Solar did an exceptional job for me! The installing crew, Reuben (Service Tech), Nil Caguimbal (Project Administrator), Nader Barbari (Senior Sales Consultant), Dai Danh (Senior Project Manager) and Jiel Justo (Service Tech) all did an incredible job at designing, permitting, and getting running this project. As a client further away from their HQ, I'm in Sacramento, I'm glad they made the trip out here. Infinium Solar came highly recommended from my mothers neighbor who is an architect. They installed my mothers system and then mine and both times it went great. They really do work with you and PG&E(or SMUD in my case) to get you the system you need or want permitting. Their communication was great, the price was competitive, and their servicing was great. I think they made the trip to my house at least four times to site, build, setup, and service my system at no extra cost. No nickel and diming and just a flat cost for the system. Much appreciated and great job! Can't recommend them enough!

I researched many companies and am glad I choose Infinium. The were competitive with the bid, where good partners in designing and explaining the proposed design and efficient with the installation. System worked as intended without any issues from day one.

Flexible and thorough professionals

We had Infinium install a Franklin whole house battery system to our existing solar array that was installed in 2016. Besides the usual reasons for wanting a back-up, with our renovation and conversion to more electricity run devices (heat pump HVAC, induction cooktop, etc), we needed more start-up amperage capacity and a new underground feed would have cost $40K or so. We inquired with Tesla about their Powerwall solution, but they weren't flexible in working with our general contractor in phases. Infinium was perfectly flexible and willing to install according to our schedule and requirements. The sales, project management, and other teams were great and we enjoyed working with them. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommend for your Solar needs

Purchasing solar for the first time can be challenging and worry some, which indeed was the case with me. I started searching for a solar company and installer in late December not knowing anything about the size of solar needed or NEM2.0 and NEM3.0. One thing I was certain, I wanted to go with a local business rather than going with big corporation. After a few months of research, I came across Infinium Solar. Kenny the sales rep reached out to me the same day I made an inquiry and set up an appointment for the very next day for in person consultation. He was very patient at explaining literally everything and provided me with all the details about how solar systems work, how many panels my house will require, what the installation process and timeline will be, etc. We decided to move forward with the 16 Panel, 6.0 KW system in mid March. Kenny kept me updated throughout the whole process of all the paperwork and permits. I had all the necessary permits and approval within a month and was scheduled for installation of the system just a little after a month. Original install date I was provided turns out they had me double booked with someone else and had to reschedule. Got a new installation date for 2 weeks out. Day of install, the team arrived on time, started their job on time and was done by 2pm. They were very nice and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. During the installation a few of my room tiles broke but they replaced them with new ones and for added bonus they even fixed a few of my crack titles as well. System was up and running the same day. Although the PTO took a while as PG&E was backed up. Overall I would highly recommend Infinium solar for your Solar needs. I have recommended them to a friend of mine and they are happy with their system too. I did have some issues along the way but Infinium was on top of their customer service, always answering the emails and phone calls promptly.

Infinium Solar did an outstanding job for a 14 panel Solar system on my house. They were quick and were able to get the entire project done within the timeline they gave to me initially. Most importantly, i like that they are local to San Jose and have in house installers for electric and solar work. Infinium Solar has been an great partner to install the solar system in my house. The prices were extremely competing and so was the work done . Jeff(CEO) and his team is somebody who you can trust. They were proactive is providing granular updates on the schedule and got the job done as promised. The installation was done in 2 hours without any botheration of commitment of my time. The whole process from request to quote to pass of final inspection had zero presence of mine and was only limited to minimal emails and phone calls.
