Outstanding!
Infinium Solar did an exceptional job for me! The installing crew, Reuben (Service Tech), Nil Caguimbal (Project Administrator), Nader Barbari (Senior Sales Consultant), Dai Danh (Senior Project Manager) and Jiel Justo (Service Tech) all did an incredible job at designing, permitting, and getting running this project. As a client further away from their HQ, I'm in Sacramento, I'm glad they made the trip out here. Infinium Solar came highly recommended from my mothers neighbor who is an architect. They installed my mothers system and then mine and both times it went great. They really do work with you and PG&E(or SMUD in my case) to get you the system you need or want permitting. Their communication was great, the price was competitive, and their servicing was great. I think they made the trip to my house at least four times to site, build, setup, and service my system at no extra cost. No nickel and diming and just a flat cost for the system. Much appreciated and great job! Can't recommend them enough!

Easy company to do business with!
Infinium is a well-organized and professional company. The entire process—from consultation to installation—was smooth and straightforward. Jeff, the owner, personally met with me at my home to evaluate the best positioning for the solar panels. He then sent over a detailed proposal for me to review. At no point was there any pressure to move forward, which I really appreciated. I felt very comfortable choosing Infinium. The company is highly service-oriented and responsive to any concerns or questions. Every time I called, someone picked up, and the front desk staff was excellent at connecting me with the right person. Dai and Jerome were great to work with throughout the process. The installation itself went smoothly. The installers were friendly, professional, and respectful of my property—especially when working on the roof. They also took the time to answer all my questions about the installation process. After the install, their system technician, Jiel, helped me connect my system to the internet and answered any questions I had about monitoring energy production. She made sure I was comfortable with the system before wrapping up. Overall, my experience with Infinium Solar was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a solar energy system. Infinium solar headed by Jeff Long is the best in the bay area. I had a lot of questions about different solar products and components and how they differ from one another, and Jeff patiently explained to me all I need to know to decide which one suits my solar needs. What they have are superior products too. The installation went smoothly and fast.

I researched many companies and am glad I choose Infinium. The were competitive with the bid, where good partners in designing and explaining the proposed design and efficient with the installation. System worked as intended without any issues from day one.

Flexible and thorough professionals
We had Infinium install a Franklin whole house battery system to our existing solar array that was installed in 2016. Besides the usual reasons for wanting a back-up, with our renovation and conversion to more electricity run devices (heat pump HVAC, induction cooktop, etc), we needed more start-up amperage capacity and a new underground feed would have cost $40K or so. We inquired with Tesla about their Powerwall solution, but they weren't flexible in working with our general contractor in phases. Infinium was perfectly flexible and willing to install according to our schedule and requirements. The sales, project management, and other teams were great and we enjoyed working with them. Would recommend them without hesitation.

In our search to find a reputable and reliable company amongst so many retailers, we felt that Infinum Solar was the right company to help us make the best decision based on our needs. From our first contact with A.T and Tavee, we received nothing but practical and professional advise. Instead of offering a one-size-fits-all solution, A.T and Tavee took the time to assess our home's energy needs and design a solar panel system that was tailored specifically to meet our needs for today and the future. Their attention to detail and dedication to finding the most efficient solution for our home gave us confidence in their expertise. The installation process was efficient and timely, the follow up support by the office staff was excellent. All and all, we would definitely recommend Infinium Solar for their professionalism and reliability.

Our system is a 52kW per day installation, and it was completed in 2 Month Year with all the permits. The installation process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The team arrived on time and completed the installation within the estimated timeframe. They were professional, knowledgeable, and left no mess behind.Our solar system has exceeded our expectations. We've seen a significant reduction in our electricity bills, and the system has been consistently producing energy even on cloudy days. It's been a game-changer for our household budget. Highly recommend for your Solar needs
Purchasing solar for the first time can be challenging and worry some, which indeed was the case with me. I started searching for a solar company and installer in late December not knowing anything about the size of solar needed or NEM2.0 and NEM3.0. One thing I was certain, I wanted to go with a local business rather than going with big corporation. After a few months of research, I came across Infinium Solar. Kenny the sales rep reached out to me the same day I made an inquiry and set up an appointment for the very next day for in person consultation. He was very patient at explaining literally everything and provided me with all the details about how solar systems work, how many panels my house will require, what the installation process and timeline will be, etc. We decided to move forward with the 16 Panel, 6.0 KW system in mid March. Kenny kept me updated throughout the whole process of all the paperwork and permits. I had all the necessary permits and approval within a month and was scheduled for installation of the system just a little after a month. Original install date I was provided turns out they had me double booked with someone else and had to reschedule. Got a new installation date for 2 weeks out. Day of install, the team arrived on time, started their job on time and was done by 2pm. They were very nice and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. During the installation a few of my room tiles broke but they replaced them with new ones and for added bonus they even fixed a few of my crack titles as well. System was up and running the same day. Although the PTO took a while as PG&E was backed up. Overall I would highly recommend Infinium solar for your Solar needs. I have recommended them to a friend of mine and they are happy with their system too. I did have some issues along the way but Infinium was on top of their customer service, always answering the emails and phone calls promptly.
