IPS contracted with NCAT for 37 residential and 6 publicly-owned solar electric, net-metered installations from 2000 to 2004. Given the moeny to fund more projects, I would not hesitate to contract with IPS for the work. Had IPS been the successful bidder for our 2005 work, I would have been much more satisified than the most of the contractors who did get the contracts. This section of the survey is only marginally applicable to our situation...in that IPS was the sub-contractor for our solar electric installations. NCAT was funded by the utility in response to proposals submitted for the projects.
