IPS is totally rad!!! my "evergreen" solar panals were MADE IN THE USA!!!

Sales team was great but it took some time, even 5 days one time, for the project manager to return my call project inquiry call. The installation team of Nicholas, Jonah, & Davis were very professional & very understanding of the complex integration requests while a non-IPS project was simultaneously underway. Sales coordination by Natha in purchase incentive process was very professional & she was excellent in her follow-up on document deadlines, etc. Sales lead, Steve King, with his laid-back professional sales approach was quite instrumental in my decision process. I felt comfort that he would make sure the project would be completed with integrity.

Our experience couldn`t have been better or faster. I`ve recommended your company and Nick to some neighbors and some have said they were seriously considering moving forward. We appreciate Nick`s dedication to solar and his professionalism. He`s knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Thanks you so much, we REALLY appreciate it!

The installers were the best. They worked with me to place the equipment in a location that worked best for my space. Very pleased with the installation process.

Comments: Our experience workign with IPS was excellent. The entire IPS crew (sales manager, construction manager, construction crew, electricians) were VERY knowledgeable, always willing to explain what they are doing, very polite, and very responsive. We can highly recommend this company for solar panel installation!

The system seems to be performing somewhat better than projected. We will have to wait to see if inclement weather evens things out in the long run.

I have never experienced the high level of customer service with any company I have dealt with. I have done 3 major remodels so I have worked with many companies. They are very knowledgeable and explain the system and its operation and design very clearly. they are very dependable and follow through with their word or notified me why they had to change the schedule. they are very enthusiastic about what they are doing and a pleasure to work with.

IPS made the Climate Smart process very easy. Their customer service and communication was outstanding. Many of our neighbors are now currently having PV systems installed by IPS upon our recommendation.

I was very happy with the work done. I even changed my requirements part way through from the Fronius Datalogger Web to the Egauge.NET unit, and they came out and installed it. Very Satisfied! Independent Power Systems handled everything. They even brought financing from Sun Power to the table, which was one of the key factors. Local Utility payed $ 3.50/DCWATT which made it possible.

The crew did an excellent job and communications with IPS was exemplary. The project went well, but the final cost was higher than the original bid as I understood it. Although it was a grant from NW Energy, the cost was somewhat higher than I remember the cost on the original proposal. IPS worked with us to allow for our project to be done around Thanksgiving 2007 instead of waiting until Spring of 2008. I am very appreciative of IPS` efforts and willingness to work with us on getting the system built. As far as the FatSpaniel netmetering; we here at the school agreed to install that as well. That was problematic due to our inexperience and whatnot. It would have been nice if that could have been installed at the same time, November 2007, so that everything was done at the same time and it was on-line to record all the power input to the building. It is now working, as of April 2008, and recording info on the internet site. That being said, I am VERY satisfied with the GREAT work that IPS did, the crew as exceptional and very nice to be around, how IPS handled everything, and how IPS was totally there in all manners of technical assistance and communications. I sincerely hope that we get to put in other projects with them in the future. Sincerely, Spike The original price seemed to be lower than the final cost, I remember when we sent in the proposal that it seemed lower, but that may have changed due to extraordinary circumstances of being in Havre etc. We were contacted by the contractor and NW Energy was very helpful in our efforts as well. We truly appreciate having the system here on campus and are trying to get wind power and ground source heating on campus as well. I truly hope that we can put more PV and other systems in to make us a green energy campus.

IPS is great. Orion has been fantastic to work with and the crew that came down was very good. It was very satisfying to work with them and to maintain contact. My own interest led me to IPS and their knowledge, passion, local projects and passion sold me. Great experience. Great company.

My PV installation was a dream of mine for over 2 decades, I plan to expand it in the near future.

Final Inspection of the house has not yet occurred. A preliminary inspection of electrical has occurred, but not the final one before a certificate of occupancy is issued.

We are going to use Independent Power Systems for the second phase of our building project which will use more solar panels.

The only thing that they did not do well is the follow up. I complained that I was not getting full output. They explained that it was too hot. They should have called back and checked on the output when it was cold out.

There was a measurement error for the array framework, but a good solution was found, implemented w/ no additional cost. Very pleased with the group I worked with at this company. Power company grant system reduced price considerably, and was handled by contractor. There are also state and federal tax incentives that also influenced us. If the price was not reduced by this amount, it would not have been affordable or appealing--these incentive programs should be increased dramatically!

They did a great job! I found out about the grant opportunity and possible contractors through the power company. Compliments to Northwestern Energy.
