He removed the old unit, installed the new one, cleaned up the area, and made sure everything was working before he left. Great service, fair price, and a clean installation. We decided to go solar, and Tesla recommended Home Upgrade Specialist as a premium installer. They installed our solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3, handling all the permitting smoothly here in Burbank. They even painting the solar conduit for wiring to match our house. From start to finish, the estimator, project manager, installers, and even the company president were all professional, responsive, and easy to reach. Communication was excellent. The system was also a great value — their pricing was reasonable, and adding solar increases your home’s value by about 4%, so it pays for itself immediately. Even if you sold your home the next month, you’d come out ahead. The Powerwall 3 gives us peace of mind during blackouts — it’s like having a UPS for your entire house. I couldn’t recommend Home Upgrade Specialist more highly. A++++ experience!

They didn’t just install the panels and leave; they made sure everything was optimized for maximum efficiency and followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied.
