Helios Energy Global

Very satisfied all around

Very satisfied with their services, panels, batteries, personnel. A great company for people at all time.

The right call over Sunrun

These guys rock! I was on the fence between them and Sunrun, they were just a tad higher on the monthly but it turned out to be absolutely the right call. My neighbor went with Sunrun and he’s had a hell of a time, they’re still not done!!! nonetheless Helios got everything done quickly and with ease, and the customer service has been phenomenal. The answer when I call and they text back fast. Reading these reviews helped me over the edge so if you’re reading this, you’re in the right place!

Smooth, stress-free Powerwall install

"I had a great experience working with Helios Energy Global for my Tesla Powerwall installation. From start to finish, their team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain each step, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. They handled everything—from helping me understand my options to coordinating the installation—efficiently and on schedule. The installation itself was seamless, and the team made sure everything was set up properly and working perfectly before they left. Thanks to their support, I now have a reliable energy backup system that gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Helios Energy Global to anyone considering a Powerwall or looking to upgrade their home energy setup."

Smooth, professional battery install

Helios made the whole process of getting my batteries very smooth and easy going. Everyone from the sales to installers were very professional and knowledgeable.

Answered every question, went smoothly

Helios was great throughout the whole process. Answered every question I had and made sure everything went smoothly. Very glad I used them for solar and batteries. Highly recommend

Smooth, professional installation

We had a great experience with Helios on our solar project. The installation itself was smooth, professional, and well-executed. Taylor was especially helpful throughout the process, very responsive and easy to work with. The only hiccup was the timeline with the utility companies, which delayed getting everything fully approved and impacted our rebates/credits. That said, everything worked out fantastic. Overall, I’d highly recommend Taylor and the Helios team to anyone looking to install solar.

Immaculate work, better than others

Best solar installer in Southern California! We used another installer on our other property but weren't super impressed, we were referred Helios Energy Global from a friend and they were immaculate. So glad we went with them. They were punctual, professional, and hooked us up with premium solar panels, and two Tesla Powerwalls. Definitely recommend these guys for any of your solar or battery needs!

Best decision for our home

"Working with Helios Energy Global was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home. From the consultation to installation, the team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding the right solar and battery solution for our needs. Mark was wonderful to work with and really thoroughly walked me through everything step by step. He helped my husband and I lower our bill, and I mean REALLY lower it. It’s was like $500 before and now it’s gone!!!!!!!! And with all the outages that have been happening lately we feel wayyyy better having the Tesla Powerwalls in case the grid goes out. If you’re looking for a trusted solar company in Los Angeles County, I highly recommend Helios Energy Global. Ask for Mark! His expertise in solar panels and battery backup systems, is next level. Our only wish is that we went solar sooner!"

Made a nervous customer comfortable

So grateful for Helios Energy Global. I was nervous for a long time about solar, but these guys made me feel right at home. When I was searching best installers in Los Angeles, they came up through an AI search, and after some more research, I felt really confident with them. The process was smooth easy and I’m very satisfied with their work. If you’re looking for a top quality Solar Installer in Los Angeles, specifically San Fernando Valley area, look no further.

Great job, hired them twice

We love our Solar! Helios Energy Global did a superb job on our solar & battery installation on our home in Santa Monica. They did such a good job in fact that we gave them our second home (rental) in Simi Valley as well! We have a composite shingle roof on the first home, flat tile roof on the second, and they crushed both roof types. I actually went on the roof to take a peek at part of the process out of curiosity and as a former contractor these guys are experts. Definitely recommend Helios Energy Global!

Clear explanations, smooth process

I had a great experience with Helios and my solar project. They do a great job at explaining all the nuances of solar and how it works. From the initial point of contact - the install everything was super easy and quick. Robert did a great job and is super friendly! 10/10 experience!!

Careful work around my metal roof

I had the pleasure to work with Helios Solar(Mark and team) for my solar panel and Tesla battery packs. I was concerned about having a company come out and alter my new metal roof but Helios figured out how to mount the solar panels. I experienced amazing service throughout the installation. They even contacted me to inform me that there was a new Tesla big rebate that was available months after the install. Amazing company.

Very easy to work with

Very easy company to work with.

First-class from start to finish

Entire project will start to finish was first class. Yes, it took long, But it was well worth it. We ended up getting plenty of solar to include two batteries. I charge two electrical cars and the batteries are good enough to take me through the whole night without using the grid. I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service will start to finish the first class.

Batteries installed, ultimately a success

Overall, the goal was to get 2 batteries installed through the SCE SGIP program without any out of pocket $. There were some bumps in the road, and I had to be involved a lot due to the installer, but after several months, the Batteries were installed and working properly. I ultimately received my SGIP rebate check and was able to write 30% off my tax return. So, a success.

Working as intended, love the app

I had my solar installed last year and it’s working as intended. Helios did a fantastic job with the installation, the guys were friendly, they walked me through how the app works for my Tesla Powerwalls and it’s honestly so cool. I check that thing multiple times a day. We live in the future and now I am too

Handled the whole rebate process

Helios helped with the entire process. It took months to jump through all the California solar rebate process. My Tesla power wall helps my solar keep my electric bill down

Simple, easy Powerwall install

Helios made the process of getting my powerwall installed simple and easy. They were there to help with every step of the project.

Fantastic company and installation

Fantastic company. Fantastic installation. Definitely recommend Helios for all your sole and battery installation needs.

Helios did exactly as promised. I signed on to get solar in April, they installed my system in June. The works looks phenomanal and my sales rep Taylor was very helpful through the process. Definitely choose they guys for your solar and battery installation.
