Helios Energy Global

Helios knows their stuff

The Helios team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with walking me through my options for my solar and battery setup. Ultimately, I decided to move forward with one of the proposals they put together for me and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. Very satisfied with the system and the service. These guys are awesome🙌🏼

Quick and clean install

Great job getting the install in and quick.

Best of ten companies I called

Out of roughly ten companies that contacted me, this team stood out. I didn’t know much about solar when I started calling around, so I appreciated that their staff took the time to explain programs and rebates that other companies had never mentioned. The experience felt high-service without losing sight of value. I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience with a solar company.

I signed the contract in November 2021 for a turnkey solar and battery-backup project with Helios Energy Global, working mainly with Cameroon “Cam” Bakhsheshe and Taylor Crouse. Both were knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. They recommended high-quality equipment, including Enphase products and Panasonic solar panels, and their local installation partner was professional as well. Cam and Taylor guided the project from the beginning through permission to operate. My solar system was installed, inspected, commissioned, and received PTO on January 27, 2022; at the time of this review I was still waiting on the battery installation. The project was for my home in Agoura Hills. Overall, the team earned five stars from me.

Taylor was the deciding factor

Such an immense pleasure to have worked with Taylor Crouse at Helios Energy Global who was the deciding factor for me and my wife to go ahead with Solar. Helios and its business partner Plug-it-in-Solar handled everything from permits, installation and most importantly applying for the rebates that were on offer. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend them. I’d have no hesitation working with the team again. Thank you Taylor!

Electric bills totally gone

We installed 20 Panasonic panels at our home in Castaic, and the system has been covering our needs well. Before solar, our electric bills were often in the $200–$300 range; afterward, those bills essentially disappeared. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job on installation day. I asked plenty of questions and appreciated how comfortable they were explaining the work. I’m very glad we chose Helios Energy Global.

Secured rebate, handled paperwork

I’ve been very happy with the service from Mark, Manny, Taylor, and the rest of the team. They explained the rebate program, helped with the paperwork, and coordinated the solar panels and Tesla Powerwall installation professionally. The crew was even early for the appointment at my home in Simi Valley, which I appreciated. The quality of the work was excellent, and Taylor stayed involved to make sure everything went smoothly. The Tesla Powerwalls were a major part of the project, and the experience left me very satisfied.

Took a year but no more bills

Henry and Mark were very helpful in getting this done! Even if it took a year! Systems working fine and I no longer have a bill for electric just their $22in delivery charges! Thank you!
