Helios Energy Global

Reachable, works better than before

Always answered our questions. Easily reachable. Product works so much better than our last solar in our previous house. Well constructed.

Cam helped with the battery grant

Had a great experience working with Cam at Helios Energy Global. Cam helped us with all the questions we had in qualifying for our Tesla battery grant. Any time we had questions, Cam got right back to us. Great Customer Service makes all the difference. Installation went smooth and the batteries look great. Thanks Cam and a shout out to Taylor and the crew at Plug it In too!

There for all our needs

Great company to work with! From design through installation they were there for all our needs. A fantastic team. I would happily work with them again

Guided entire system start to finish

Taylor Crouse and Sandor Black at Helios Energy Global took the time to walk me through the full solar project, timeline, pricing, rebates, and all of my questions before anything moved forward. Helios also coordinated the installation with Plug It In Solar. I had compared several companies, including Tesla, before choosing them. What stood out most was the combination of integrity, communication, and the way both teams treated the project. I couldn’t be happier with the decision.

Patient with all my questions

Made it easy and as uncomplicated as possible for me. I had a lot... A *lot* of questions and was hesitant to pull the trigger. Mark and Taylor were super patient and helpful. I've had my system for about 6 months, and also got Tesla batteries (they helped me get them for free! Just got the check to pay for them!) installed. My house is in a high wind and fire zone (Simi Valley) so it's been amazing not having the power cut off when my neighbors have had theirs turned off. Thanks Helios Energy Global!

Thrilled with panels and Powerwalls

I recently had the pleasure of working with Helios Energy Global for the installation of solar panels and Tesla Powerwalls on my property in West Hills, and I am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. Throughout the process, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to excellence that exceeded my expectations. The battery side of my project centered around Tesla Powerwalls. The consultation process was thorough and informative. Taylor took the time to assess my energy needs, explain the benefits of solar energy, and provide a customized solution tailored to my home. The transparency in discussing costs, potential savings, and the environmental impact of solar power was particularly commendable. The installation crew was punctual, efficient, and demonstrated a high level of skill. The attention to detail was evident throughout the installation process, and they left my property in pristine condition once the work was completed. What truly sets Helios Energy Global apart is their exceptional customer service.

Professional team, always available

We used Helios Energy Global for our solar and absolutely loved the professionalism of their entire team. I worked with Mark Lewis from Helios, Mark was always available to answer any questions when needed, and was always prompt on giving us updates on the progress of our system installation. I 100% would use them again and would definitely refer Helios to friends and family.

Professional, patient, step-by-step

"With so many solar companies out there, it took me quite a while to decide which company to choose for my solar panels. I’m very glad I chose Helios Energy Global. From the beginning, the entire team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the process step by step and made sure everything went smoothly. The crew that installed the panels and batteries was also professional, efficient, and did a neat, clean job. I would definitely recommend Helios Energy Global to anyone looking for reliable solar services. Thank you to the entire team!

Reliable, honest, 100% recommend

I 100% recommend Helios Energy Global! They are a great company—reliable, honest, and professional. They supported me every step of the way and were always there to assist throughout the entire process. Taylor was especially helpful, always available, and very easy to work with. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Great crew, timely work

The installation crew did solid work and finished the project on schedule. The job was at my home in San Dimas, and the team was easy to deal with from my side. Straightforward experience, clean result, no unnecessary hassle.

Great experience, definitely recommend

Our experience with Helios Energy Global was excellent throughout the process. They explained the entire process and answered all of our questions along the way. We were dealing with this project locally in Claremont. I definitely recommend their services if you are looking to install solar!

Clean, professional battery install

The installation was clean and professional. The Tesla batteries look great. I value the backup capability because it gives the system a practical day-to-day benefit for my home in Fullerton. Once the work was finished, the attention to detail was easy to see. Can’t wait to reap the benefits of solar with a battery backup.

Best price, professional and clean

Helios Energy Global was very productive, professional, clean, they were there with all the answers to my questions. Shopped around and their pricing was the best fit for me. So happy I finally got solar.

Fast, efficient, and tidy

We had a very good experience with Helios Energy Global on our project in Acton. The crew arrived earlier than planned, which actually worked perfectly for us, and they were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were finished. The whole experience was straightforward and the finished system has been working well.

Alerted us to the SGIP program

Taylor alerted us to the SGIP program, for which we qualified on our home in Topanga. He set us up with an excellent contractor who pushed through the state’s ever-changing requirements to get final approval.

Some issues, but corrected well

I cannot give 5 stars due to some issues during the process. Overall the team was good, knowledgeable and corrected the issues. Price was excellent compared to others. Simple process, solid outcome. Will recommend them to anyone in Simi Valley.

Better system and amazing rebate

We had originally been considering a Tesla system before connecting with Helios Energy Global. They ended up helping us put together a system that fit us better and also secured a rebate that covered most of the battery cost. The installation team worked hard, and our home in Malibu now runs largely on solar energy. We’ve been very pleased with the result and would recommend the team.

Clean final product, every detail addressed

Taylor and Alan (Imperial Roofing) both did a great job communicating what to expect, immediately fixing any issues that came up and delivering a clean final product. Every little detail addressed from the crew picking up after themselves everyday, to matching our stucco paint color where needed to securing replacement tiles that fractured in the process. All around good stuff. We had the work done at our place in El Segundo

Most trustworthy solar source

I’ve trusted Helios Energy Global for my solar needs because they’ve been reliable for both residential and commercial questions. The project tied to my home in Chino was another good experience. What matters most to me is having a team I can trust and a system that performs the way it should. Taylor has been my go-to contact, and I’d use them again.

Neighbor-recommended, breezy installation

A neighbor recommended Helios Energy Global, and after checking the reviews we decided to move forward. Taylor Crouse reviewed our electric bills, explained the process, and the installation crew handled the install neatly and professionally. The Tesla batteries took longer than expected to arrive, but Taylor stayed communicative about the delays. Even before the batteries were installed, our solar production had reduced the SCE bill to zero and built a credit on the account. Despite the battery delay, we remained very happy with the company.

Kept commitments, smooth process

I highly recommend Taylor, stuck to his commitments from the beginning. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. Working with Helios Energy Global and Plug It In Solar was a pleasure!

Skeptic won over by the numbers

Cameron was the best! The work was completed at my home in Thousand Oaks. Answered all my questions and helped me understand how things go. At first I was skeptical, but after seeing the numbers, going with Helios Energy Global was a no brainer. I highly recommend.

Made getting solar very easy

Taylor at Helios Energy Global made the entire process of getting solar very easy. He was always available to answer any and all questions and really took care of our project here in Malibu.

Knowledgeable turn-key project team

I signed the contract in November 2021 for a turnkey solar and battery-backup project with Helios Energy Global, working mainly with Cameroon “Cam” Bakhsheshe and Taylor Crouse. Both were knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. They recommended high-quality equipment, including Enphase products and Panasonic solar panels, and their local installation partner was professional as well. Cam and Taylor guided the project from the beginning through permission to operate. My solar system was installed, inspected, commissioned, and received PTO on January 27, 2022; at the time of this review I was still waiting on the battery installation. The project was for my home in Agoura Hills. Overall, the team earned five stars from me.
