These guys rock! I was on the fence between them and Sunrun, they were just a tad higher on the monthly but it turned out to be absolutely the right call. My neighbor went with Sunrun and he’s had a hell of a time, they’re still not done!!! nonetheless Helios got everything done quickly and with ease, and the customer service has been phenomenal. The only hiccup was the timeline with the utility companies, which delayed getting everything fully approved and impacted our rebates/credits. That said, everything worked out fantastic. Best solar installer in Southern California! We used another installer on our other property but weren't super impressed, we were referred Helios Energy Global from a friend and they were immaculate. So glad we went with them. They were punctual, professional, and hooked us up with premium solar panels, and two Tesla Powerwalls. We love our Solar! Helios Energy Global did a superb job on our solar & battery installation on our home in Santa Monica. They did such a good job in fact that we gave them our second home (rental) in Simi Valley as well! We have a composite shingle roof on the first home, flat tile roof on the second, and they crushed both roof types. I actually went on the roof to take a peek at part of the process out of curiosity and as a former contractor these guys are experts. Definitely recommend Helios Energy Global!

I had the pleasure to work with Helios Solar(Mark and team) for my solar panel and Tesla battery packs. I was concerned about having a company come out and alter my new metal roof but Helios figured out how to mount the solar panels. I experienced amazing service throughout the installation. They even contacted me to inform me that there was a new Tesla big rebate that was available months after the install. Amazing company.

Entire project will start to finish was first class. Yes, it took long, But it was well worth it. We ended up getting plenty of solar to include two batteries. I charge two electrical cars and the batteries are good enough to take me through the whole night without using the grid. I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service will start to finish the first class.

Overall, the goal was to get 2 batteries installed through the SCE SGIP program without any out of pocket $. There were some bumps in the road, and I had to be involved a lot due to the installer, but after several months, the Batteries were installed and working properly. I ultimately received my SGIP rebate check and was able to write 30% off my tax return. So, a success.

Helios added battery backup to our existing solar system. The savings have not been as much as anticipated, but it is great to have the backup when SCE does emergency power shutoffs.
