Helios Energy Global

Quick solar install in Sawtelle

Taylor and his team were incredibly helpful installing solar on our new house in Sawtelle! They were incredibly quick, gave us a great deal, and answered all the questions we had. Thank you guys

Helios knows their stuff

The Helios team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with walking me through my options for my solar and battery setup. Ultimately, I decided to move forward with one of the proposals they put together for me and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. Very satisfied with the system and the service. These guys are awesome🙌🏼

Taylor made the whole process easy

Taylor has great customer service! He really cares about you and takes the time to explain things thoroughly! Couldn't be happier 😃

on time, responsive, and easy to work with

This company rocks. They always follow through what they say, and by that I mostly mean they were on time. other contractors ever within the past, you never know what you're gonna get! Helios was on time when they came to check out my property for the initial inspection, whenever I call with a question they answered, and were on time for the installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for solar & Tesla Powerwall installation.

Terrific Follow-through

Helios is #1! They delivered exactly like they said they would. The guys were friendly and we could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Our solar installation turned out great, they installed an 11.5KW and two Tesla Powerwall's on our home in Los Angeles and we couldn't be happier.

exactly what I wanted from a solar company

Spoke with multiple other solar companies regarding the best options for our home. We use a lot of power at our home, and we didn't want to pay the difference at the end of the year. The initial meeting was superb. The solar installation went great. And I'd highly recommend these guys end-to-end for anyone's solar project! Panels, storage, you name it.

My parents had a really good experience

I recently helped my parents go solar at their home and chose Helios Energy Global after talking to a few companies, and I'm so glad we did. We got a full solar system with two Tesla Powerwalls installed, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I handled all the discussions on my parents' behalf, and the HEG team made that easy, they were patient, explained everything in plain language I could pass along to my parents, and never once used pushy sales tactics which is actually the main reason we felt comfortable enough to move forward with them. The crew showed up on time, was professional and respectful of the home, and honestly completed the work in a lot less time than we anticipated. They also handled all the permitting and utility paperwork so we didn't have to deal with any of it which is something some of the other companies we were shopping around apparently couldn't completely handle. The batteries were a big priority for my parents due to the constant outages in their area, and knowing my parents have backup power now is a huge peace of mind. The system has been producing right in line with what was projected. If you're looking at solar in the LA area, especially if you're helping older family members through the process, I'd absolutely recommend Helios Energy

everything stayed easy from start to finish

I had a great experience with Helios Energy. The entire process was smooth, and I was especially impressed with their communication. They kept me informed throughout, were responsive whenever I had questions, and made everything easy to understand. The team did a great job from start to finish, and I'm very happy with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Helios Energy Global to anyone considering solar.

Added solar and a Powerwall in LA

A phenomenal solar and battery installation company. We've had solar on our home in Los Angeles for a while and it's worked like a charm! We added two electric vehicles recently and our usage/electric bill increased pretty substantially, so we found Helios online and they helped us add some additional panels as well as two Tesla Powerwall's. These things are sexy!! We love being protected from the power outages, which seemed like they keep happening more and more. Shoutout to Helios for making it all happen and making the process quick and easy

ChatGPT pointed us in the right direction!

Helios Energy Global has been impressive from start to finish. We did a little bit of shopping around but found them online through ChatGPT's recommendation and we're so glad we did! We had another bid that was slightly cheaper, but they made us feel right at home took care of everything made it super easy for us. Go solar with these guys, you won't regret it.

LADWP solar is actually saving us money

I'm very pleased with my solar installation from Helios Energy Global. I spent heavy time researching which panels I wanted and made sure to get the microinverters. I was on the fence about Tesla Powerwall's, but decided against for best ROI since I did not need them thanks to LADWP having one-to-one net metering. Currently awaiting my first electric bill now that the system has been turned on. Excited.

four Powerwalls later, we’re very happy

My name is Jack Shaw and I use Taylor for my Solar and for my batteries from my house. I got 51 solar panels and four Tesla batteries and I've never been happier. I run my entire house off of Solar and I have back up at night to run my house I'm never using electricity from the grid. Thanks to him. Talk me into getting more panels and more batteries to accommodate my big family. I live in the mountains and recently our power went out because of the wildfires I was able to keep power in my house and charge my car, which is so amazing. The technologies changes so fast and I would really encourage everybody to upgrade their systems or get a system as fast as possible to avoid Utility bills I also forgot to mention that I got four batteries free through the state of California with their rebate program and I got $70,000 off my tax bill for my solar panels saved From owing the federal government

5 Star Communication

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Helios Energy, especially our representative, Steven. Steven was easily one of the most easygoing, patient, knowledgeable, and transparent representatives I have ever worked with from any company. From the beginning, he took the time to answer every question I had, gave me plenty of information, and walked me through every step of the process without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. I'll be honest—I was skeptical at first because the benefits sounded almost too good to be true, especially receiving money for going solar. I'm extremely glad I decided to trust Steven and Helios. The solar system, batteries, and everything else have been working perfectly. We've already gone through a couple of power outages, and my house remained completely unaffected. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to, and I genuinely have no complaints. Steven deserves recognition for the way he represents this company. Helios management should not only recognize his work but seriously consider promoting him. Employees who are this patient, transparent, knowledgeable, and committed to their customers are hard to find. Thank you, Steven and Helios Energy, for making this such a great experience. I'm extremely happy with my decision and would absolutely recommend you guys to others.

Simi Valley install went better than I expected

Helios Energy Global did a fantastic job on our solar installation on my home in Simi Valley. I wasn't sure what panels to get, or which inverter to get, but after working with Robert he helped me understand all my options and set me up with a stellar monthly for the entire system, and the best was I didn't have to drop a dollar out of pocket! Highly recommend these guys for solar and Tesla Powerwall installation

a few bumps, but the finished system looks great

There we a few hiccups but in the end everything worked out beautifully. There took care of all of the many steps

Battery Project, No-Brainer

While the process has taken a while, mainly my fault, I am very happy with the service and follow through from Helios. It doesn't hurt that our new battery setup cost us nothing after rebates and incentives!

Fast install, zero drama

For my home in Fullerton, Helios Energy Global did a fantastic job. I found them from a quick search online, and after talking with a lovely consultant who was very knowledgeable, they showed me all my options and my solar was installed 45 days later. If you like helpful quick and efficient, these are your guys.

Why we picked Helios over the other options

Phenomenal service from start to finish. After reviewing a couple other estimates, I decided to go with Helios Energy Global for my solar installation (and Tesla Powerwalls) for my home in Venice. This was something I was only going to do once I wanted to make sure I went with the right company and I'm happy to say that I did. Best solar installers in LA I swear!

Glad we went with FranklinWH

For the house in Claremont, we chose solar and 2 FranklinWH battery systems on a tile roof. The cleanup after the install was better than I expected. All in all, I'm glad we got it done.

adding more solar was easier than expected

The project at my home in Garden Grove centered on a solar expansion, using Enphase Microinverters on a composite shingle roof. I first got the Helios Energy Global name from a neighbor. I didn't have to wait long for answers most of the time.

finally feel covered during outages

Backup for refrigerator, internet and lighting was super important when we were considering solar. For our place in Palmdale, the scope was solar and 2 Tesla Powerwalls on a tile roof. From where I sat, the project was pretty straightforward and coordinated well. We were hoping to get clearer monitoring and control through an app. Because I'd already done one project with Helios Energy Global, I had a decent idea of what to expect going in. It makes more sense to me now than it did at the beginning and these guys did an excellent job on both projects.

solar + Powerwall done right in Simi Valley

Everyone in Simi Valley seems to have solar so l had to join suit. Helios has a great reputation online so I went with them. The system was installed cleanly along with the Tesla Powerwalls.

Chose an established company, so grateful

I highly recommend Helios to anyone looking to install a solar system. We were looking for the right installer for our home in Lake Forest. So grateful I went with Helios Energy Global! We contacted Helios after comparing several solar companies. We wanted a company that has been in business for at least 5 years, and had good reviews. We interviewed three companies, Helios was by far the best. They were very professional from the first time we contacted them, and they walked us through the project from replacing our roof to installing a solar system on our roof. They answered all of our questions with an incredible amount of detailed information. It was a pleasure working with Mark. He was very responsive whenever we had questions. Also, they have extraordinary customer service, and a team of technicians who work very neatly. We liked having the system and equipment explained in practical terms. This was an excellent experience!

Added Powerwalls, no hidden costs

"I already had solar panels installed by Tesla and I hired Helios Energy to install tesla power walls, two of them. Great company, excellent sells person. Explained me everything upfront without any hidden fees. Price very reasonable. Super clean install as you can see on the pictures. I even had a question about tesla application and since they had a technician in area, they send him to my place to go over my question. I'm enjoying their work every time I need to go to backyard passing by my super nice power walls. I'm simply happy with my decision to go with them, since industry is full of many companies and unknown promises."

Backup batteries finally installed, happy

There were a few bumps in the process, but I am very happy! I was finally able to get my backup batteries installed. Having battery backup gives me a lot more confidence during outages. Looking forward to a power outage so I can test them out! Thank you, Helios Energy Global, for helping me out with my solar project. I did a lot of research and got bids from different companies. They took the time to explain the process and guided me through the project and I'm very happy with the system. The team was very professional, the install took just a few days and my system was turned on sooner than I expected.

I am definitely a fan of Helios Energy. The professional installation crew did a first class job on installation. They were great with communication, always on time with their schedule and they did a great job mounting and running all the conduit. They even painted all of the conduit so it blended in nicely. Once I was up and running, their online team helped me several times to refine and optimize my settings to make sure I was getting the most out of my system. I've never had an issue with my system and couldn't be happier with my system and it was worth every penny I spent. Thanks to Helios my electric bill is still in the negative every year even with charging two electric cars regularly.

Very happy with our new Franklin solar backup batteries! Even better they were completely covered by rebates. Helios saved us money and made the process smooth and easy. Thanks again!

Entire project will start to finish was first class. Yes, it took long, But it was well worth it. We ended up getting plenty of solar to include two batteries. I charge two electrical cars and the batteries are good enough to take me through the whole night without using the grid. I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service will start to finish the first class.

I had a great experience working with Helios Energy Global for my Tesla Powerwall installation. From start to finish, their team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain each step, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. They handled everything—from helping me understand my options to coordinating the installation—efficiently and on schedule. The installation itself was seamless, and the team made sure everything was set up properly and working perfectly before they left. Thanks to their support, I now have a reliable energy backup system that gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Helios Energy Global to anyone considering a Powerwall or looking to upgrade their home energy setup.

These guys rock! I was on the fence between them and Sunrun, they were just a tad higher on the monthly but it turned out to be absolutely the right call. My neighbor went with Sunrun and he’s had a hell of a time, they’re still not done!!! nonetheless Helios got everything done quickly and with ease, and the customer service has been phenomenal. The answer when I call and they text back fast. Reading these reviews helped me over the edge so if you’re reading this, you’re in the right place!
