Harvest Sun Solar

I have been trying for four months to get answers about my system, which was in installed at the end of 2024. The first eight months were extremely satisfactory. Production fell off precipitously, ultimately resulting in a $300 electric bill for December. I have asked repeatedly for an explanation or for someone to come look at the system and see if there’s a problem mostly I get no answer at all or a vague promise to explain things at a later date now I just get deafening silence. I would definitely not use this provider again.

The only price change from the original proposal was the addition of EV charger feature to the inverter. My project took six months because the location of my house required multiple hearings from local boards. Sean helped us throughout the hearing process until we obtained the permit. He is also responsive in adjusting his work crew schedule so we can complete the project in 2019. Harvest Sun did all the necessary “paper” works for us, for net metering and for the MA renewable energy incentive program, SMART. I am now enjoying 0 monthly bills with credits even with the charging my EV and electric lawn mower
