Terrible!
Unbelievable, they connected the solar to the wrong house and never returned calls or messages. I met up with Sean one day on a construction site that we both happened to be working on and tried to talk to him but he would not have anything to do with me and simply said call the office which I had obviously already done. Like a fool I paid in full in advance for the system and got stuck with a non working system that took years to get working.

Awful customer service
I have been trying for four months to get answers about my system, which was in installed at the end of 2024. The first eight months were extremely satisfactory. Production fell off precipitously, ultimately resulting in a $300 electric bill for December. I have asked repeatedly for an explanation or for someone to come look at the system and see if there’s a problem mostly I get no answer at all or a vague promise to explain things at a later date now I just get deafening silence. I would definitely not use this provider again.
