Poor Customer Service
Our Nest Thermostat is defective, Mark Cox came once, promised to return on the following Monday with a new one. It's been since President's day, we have had no heat with all the cold winter days, we are an older couple. We have called and left message after message no response. Tried the chat, tried customer service no response. We need our thermostat repaired or exchanged!!!

Extremely knowledgeable, Excited about solar!
From the solar evaluation to finance, John was able to answer all of my questions relating to the solar energy production, to the installations process. We then wrapped it up with a nice finance option add the tax credit....Saving $ every day! I would strongly suggest working with John M or Marc on any solar or A.C. project! Jan A Longwood
