Thanks for the great review! I understand about the scheduling of the install- it did take a while to get to the actual signing of the contract and installation of your system. As I explained before we are very busy! The reason for this is we give the best system at the best price- your 9.92kW system with a SolarEdge StorEdge inverter, SolarEdge P320 optimizers, Everest CrossRail mounting and Peimar 310W monocrystalline modules was $22,816.00 ($2.30 per Watt) on a 12/12 pitch roof. That is an amazing price.<br />We had several systems in the queue coming into winter last year and we were working hard to get to your install ASAP, but the weather was horrible! It rained and snowed sometimes for weeks straight- we had major flooding in the region. This put us behind even more. Then we had President Trump's solar tariff kick in causing a major shortage of solar modules. Every distributor was sold out. The big companies bought everything up. When the manufacturers started shipping again, we had other module options to begin your installation sooner but you chose to wait a few more weeks for the Peimar modules to come in from Italy (which I provided at pre-tariff pricing. The price went up considerably). i understood waiting for the Peimar modules they have a great warranty and efficiency. The actual install only took a few days- it looks and works great! I apologize for the long wait time to get your system in. If you want to add a LG Chem Battery to your system in the future let me know and I will give you a discount.
