Green Home Systems was efficient and expedient in designing and installing our solar system. I appreciated our agent, Armine's assistance throughout the process.

The investment purchase process of Solar Panels through Green Home Systems (GHS) for our home here in Illinois has been absolutely wonderful. Our Senior Solar Sale Consultant, Jeri S. was the best. We were so lucky. She was extremely knowledgeable about each of the products and designed a system for us that will meet our current and future energy demands. She is a true professional in her field. GHS doesn’t hire an overabundance of sales personnel to play the numbers game. GHS invests in their people by providing them extensive initial and continual training so they can serve their customers and create the best experience possible. Jeri worked with us to find the perfect financing to fit our budget so we could develop a plan to have our panels paid for in five years with payments that will run less than our monthly electric bill. After we apply all of our federal and state incentives and 100% of our federal and state income tax refunds, we will be able to have our investment paid for in five years with 0% intertest. After that we will only have our meter charge through our power company, which is less than $7.00 a month. Substantial monthly saving just in time for our retirement. Once the system was finalized and the financing was in place, we were assigned a Project Manager, Armine G. Again, same caliber of person. She was just as knowledgeable and professional. I’m a very hands-on type of person and like to be kept informed. Without pause Armine agreed to accommodate my communication needs and updated me throughout the permitting and installation process. Amine knew how important it was to me to have our system installed as soon as possible. And she stayed on top of things and made it happen. We worked together to have our city permit quickly approved. We’re lucky that we live in a small town and were able to walk into City Hall and expedite the permitting process. Like I said I’m very hands-on. Like Armine says, “Teamwork makes the dream work”. Everyone was easy to contact, and I always got my questions answered. I was amazed while watching the installation. GHS contracts with only experienced solar contractors who are well vetted and have a working history. The materials arrived on two pallets on a Monday morning, but due to weather conditions the installation was delayed. Our installer Shaun F. was great. He and his crew of six arrived at 7am on Thursday and sprang into action. Everybody had a part, and they knew how to do it. From the time they arrived till the time they were loading their trucks was only about five hours. I couldn’t believe it was that quick. Everything done. The job was excellent. The workmanship impeccable. Everything was cleaned up behind them. I could not have been happier with their work. My recommendation to anyone thinking about investing in solar panels is to do your homework. I talked with several solar companies and GHS by far was the best. I felt confident with our decision to make the investment. I knew that our needs were being taken care of and felt completely at ease during the entire process. Green Home Systems is going to be there for long haul. In my opinion Green Home Systems are one of the best solar companies out there.

I had the solar panels installed in 2021 and it's been great, love the electric bill. They are a great company they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner. Very nice people to talk with and helpful. They answered every question I thru at them. The reason I gave them a 4 star rating is because the first company they sent out didn't know that what they was doing. They sent a man named Roy and he was great, he had everything where is was suppose to go.

I had LG solar panels installed from this company in Indiana. As the company was based in California and had to have discussions remotely a year back during COVID time, it was concerning for me. But the company was wry understanding and available to match our requirements. Installer was a local group selects by the company. There was very good communication enteren the two and everything was done on time and I could claim the rebate. The local power grid reviewed as the excess power goes back to them. My power bills during summer is almost null and during winter is approximately half of my regular rate although power rates have gone up. I have had no issues with hardware over one year. The software also has been smooth on my phone. Ultimately the power bill is what talks for me. I am very happy.

Green Home Systems maintains communication in a way that benefitted me best. This also included working with an irregular and flexible schedule. I was able to have my panels ordered, installed and functioning within 2-3 months. GHS has maintained updates and communication throughout the entire process.

Rachel and Brenda gave us clear information about the Solar program and process and took the time to answer all our questions. We had to have some trees removed and Brenda arranged for a local contractor to get this done while coordinating with the installer’s schedule. The permits were handled quickly and the installation was smooth. We loved working with Green Home Systems and highly recommend them.

They did everything I asked and more!

I asked for free panels and they threw in two panels at no additional charge. I did not want my inverter outside so they went ahead and moved it inside the garage per my request. I wanted administrative rights in the software so I could keep an eye on production per individual solar panel and they provided me with the privileges to do that and even update my inverter firmware If I choose.

I went through couple of companies: reputed and famous on advertising platform. After getting my two electric bill, I am glad I chose. Green Home System.initial web presentation was very helpful. They explained why and what equipment the gonna use, how much my monthly bill will be, who will take care of maintenance and repair, and what happens after the contract period is over.These fundamentals made me select GHS.They explained well, used quality equipments, punctual. did all permit process and kept my payment exact the way I wanted. In this way I grade them as “Best in the Solar Business.”
