Professional and see solid, but communications could be improved

Let me start by saying that I expect my system will be of high quality and was installed well. That being said, it's been almost 8 months since I first signed the documents to get solar panels installed. While they have been finally been fully installed, they still have not yet been turned on as there is an electrical inspection left (expected any day). My understanding is most of the delay was due to the pandemic and some from the electric company (paperwork). There was some communication about some of those delays, but until the panels were on my roof there seemed like a long gap where I wasn't sure what was happening or when it would happen as the original date I was told to expect the panels to be installed came and went. The other comment I would have is that there seemed to be an occasional disconnect between whoever was communicating with me from the office and the installers that showed up to do the work. One time I was told via voicemail that the installers would be here at noon, but was instead woken up by loud knocking on my door at 8 AM. Another time my only advance notice was a phone call from the installer that came to correct the work of a substandard installer who had previously done some of the work. That call was ~30 minutes before he arrived with no notice from the office. I will say I appreciated that they came back and corrected whatever installation issues they were aware of on their own. I'm not saying I am unsatisfied, but the process seemed a little jagged at times and could have been smoother with the biggest issue being around accurate communication on expectations and installation times.

Good product, good installation, good customer service. Love seeing $15 (spring? to $30 (early summer) monthly electric bills instead of over $100!!

Nick and his team made the construction process go smoothly. He answered my questions and helped me through the process. When an issue occurred, he took extra steps to make sure I was happy with the results, which I was. Good company, good team.

Can't say enough good things about Everlight Solar

Everlight Solar and their products are great, I would highly recommend it! I was extremely skeptical on this at first, but my energy consigliere Nick Carnagey was very patient and made sure every concern I had was fully addressed. And anytime I had a question or concern he and the rest of the staff at Everlight were always super helpful and quick to respond. The system looks great! It consistently performs as Everlight said it would or better. Our first energy bill with the system on for a month was only $45 which was mostly the basic hookup and service fees. The install process took only an afternoon and the install guys could not have been more professional or courteous. You really can't go wrong with the folks at Everlight and the systems they use and install.

Excellent and Friendly Service!

From the initial consult to a post install call, the experience of working with Everlight has been great. Short delay in installation due to the energy company, but was in communication the whole time. Install was quick and painless, and they gave us the tools and knowledge to monitor everything from our end. Absolutely would recommend!

Excellent job -start to finish

We couldn't be happier with the plan and implementation of our solar project done by Everlight Solar. They came by our house one day and we were actually interested in adding solar. Their project and cost were within reason. I checked with a friend who had sold solar and he was impressed with the proposal. Their price may have been a wee bit higher than some but they absolutely took care of everything! We didn't lift a finger other than to sign the contract. They took care of all permitting with the local and state governments and with the electrical provider. And once the system was operational, they had the Focus on Energy rebate application submitted the next business day. When they did the installation of the panels they even trimmed back a tree for us in the process.

Best local solar company!

These guys are awesome! It is crazy that they offer a 25 year warranty!!! I had checked with four other companies and they only offered either 5 or 10 year warranties which had me worried that I would be left high and dry if something went wrong. The Everlight warranty is so good, and anytime I call them they are super happy and helpful. Their CEO even stopped by my home 2 weeks after installation to make sure I was treated well throughout the process. What an awesome gesture. Total class act all around! 10/10 BEST LOCAL SOLAR COMPANY!!
