Also, you may need to follow up to ensure any conduit installed is painted to match the house.

Had a very good experience with The Erus Solar Project and am well pleased with the results. I was not 100% on board going Solar. We had three different companies come out. I felt most comfortable with Jason Lord, he had patience with me, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my calls and text messages and I do mean ALL. I am very happy with the Company they showed up on time and gave us step by step what was happening next.

It's been an entire year since my system was installed...and I couldn't be happier! The math makes sense, the benefits were instantaneous, and I really appreciate spending less money to be more comfortable AND doing better for the environment. The savings are real: My SRP electric bill is on average HALF of what it used to be, plus I'm much more apt to turn the AC down now that it's so affordable. My 1,600 sq. ft. house used to be kept 77- 80 degrees BEGRUDGINGLY in the summer for $250-280/month. Now, I keep the house at whatever temperature I desire, without worth because 70-74 degrees only equals a mere $120 bill. I financed the whole system, but even if I only paid the minimum, I would still save at least $50 on any given month (until it's paid off!). Plus, I saw an instant boost in efficiency after the duct sealing process with Aeroseal. The process was quick and simple. It barely took seven weeks from the initial visit and signing to installation day, which includes the permitting process from the city. Kody walked me through every detail and kept in touch long after I signed the contract. He was thorough from the beginning, so I really didn't have any questions or unpleasant surprises. He made it easy and painless! Financing options were clear and the rates were competitive. No sales pressure or gimmicky offers there. As far as the system itself? No complaints and no issues. Aside from my personal experience, I can honestly attest to the ease and efficiency of working with Erus Energy for my solar panels. As a marketing director for other local home improvement companies, I know horror stories of pop-up contractors who are never in business long enough to honor their warranties. I've seen exactly what happens when homeowners don't do their due diligence...don't be that victim by picking the first cheap solar offer you find! (P.S. Most fly-by-night don't have a chance to get too many complaints with the AZ Registrar of Contractors or Better Business Bureau before they disappear!) If you made it this far, I highly suggest you call Kody and get your solar panels from Erus Energy!

Great Sales, Service and Performance

When I first talked to Adam Pani, our salesperson, I indicated that I didn't think that we were interested because we are retired and wouldn't be able to benefit from the tax credits. Adam was personable and low pressure in response and suggested that we might be surprised how affordable a system could be. When he offered to send me a written proposal, I decided to take him up on it. The proposal that arrived a few days later was clear and straightforward but, being new to solar, I had a ton of questions. I sent several emails to Adam over the next couple of weeks and always received quick and specific replies including copies of documents I had requested. Truly, we couldn't have asked for more or better service. Once we move ahead and had signed the contract, Erus did everything exactly as promised (site evaluation, permits, installation, etc.) Everyone we dealt with from the company was courteous and professional. We did have to wait 7 weeks for the City of Las Cruces to do the required inspection of the system but there is nothing Erus can do about that (and City officials have since assured me that they are working to address that problem). The Erus Project Manager for our project was Jessica Patrick and she, like Adam, was great, keeping us posted at each step of the process about where things stood and what to expect next. After the project was complete and the system was put into operation, I looked at the monitoring website and noted that one of our 14 panels was producing 7-8% less (yes, it's that specific; offering both live and historic data on your system). I sent a note to Jessica asking if that should be a concern. She contacted technical support who let me know the next day that they had reviewed the system and noted that there was a vent adjacent to that panel that was shading it for part of the day and that everything was operating as designed. Again, how do you do better than that? With no money out of pocket and a fully transferable low-interest loan, it looks like our costs (without using tax credits) will be a little less than what we have been paying. As JP Morgan/El Paso Electric do their thing in the coming years, we assume our savings will do nothing but increase. NOTE: after 3 weeks of operation, we have generated about 150 KwH more power than we have consumed in spite of 90 degree weather for the past 10 days. We like the looks of that. In summary, we give a big thumbs up to Adam, Jessica, and Erus Energy.

A pain free wxperience!

Previously, I had dealt with another company trying to get solar installed on my home... It didn't go well! No communication, no follow up, and after 4 moinths, no solar installed on my home. After cancelling my contract with the above provider. I then contacted Erus. The difference was like night and day. There was communication every step of the way by multiple team members, the installation happened quickly, and Erus communicated weekly about the status of the city inspection, and within hour of the meter being set by the electricity provider. The people were polite, knew their product, and were friendly! I highly recommend their services!

Erus Energy is GREAT! Our rep was very professional and prompt. The customer service department was always friendly and kept me informed. Fast installation.They took care of any thing to do with the HOA , permitting and inspections. They also handled everything with the utility company. Our system is on and producing as presented and has made a great change in my utility cost as presented. Benjamin in customer service is a great resource.

Erus moves. They got my system installed before my neighbors did with another company. I was making power sooner. And from the looks of it my system has nicer looking panels!! Great updates, great product. So far so Good.
