ECG

Wouldn't consider using anyone else !!

Jason Gideon knows more about solar integration than anyone I've ever met. As an architect, I have pretty high expectations for the consultants that I pick for my team. Jason's passion for sustainability and his knowledge of the solar industry are second to none. He designed and installed a 10kw solar array for our new home and his service exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for your solar energy needs.

buyer

I got along good with Jason. The product meet all my expectations.

Solar installation

Jason met with us and fully explained the options for our solar installation. He and his crew finished the project on time, and our system was up and running within two months of our first meeting.

Great Solar Experience

Added 3Kw to our existing 2.5 year old 6.5Kw solar system. We built and addition and added two more members to our family, so we needed more energy. They did a great job matching the existing system and integrating into the home. They handled all of the paperwork and incentives, very easy to work with and provided the best value and best warranty of any other installer in Eastern Iowa.

Professional and efficient 3Kw residential

Jason Gideon and his team exemplified professionalism. Jason answered all our questions in as much depth as we wanted and in a careful, knowledgeable manner. This company takes pride in it's work and we are proud of our new solar display. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Consultants Group to anyone.

Solar Panels, Cedar Rapids, IA

Jason was very good. He applied my rebate to the bill thus I was able to get the appropriate size for my usage. The production is increasing, so good. The meter was not installed before turning it on.

Superior Service and Support

Superior Service and Support from beginning to end of process. In over 30 years I have had many workmen on my 11 acres and in all of that time I have recommended only two. Jason Gideon and his company is one of those. His professionalism is clearly reflected in his depth of knowledge and passion for what he does, as well as co ordination of all aspects of the process. He takes considerable care and pride in his work and rightfully so since the state electrical inspector told me that mine was the best solar set-up that he has seen.

Fast, Efficient

Excellent response time and very professional work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a turnkey system

Great installation!

They did a top notch professional installation job. They did everything they promised, and provided great support.

Solar for Cabin

We wanted a solar system for our cabin that was all electric to reduce our long term expenditures. Jason did a great job explaining the process, the product and the how he would help with our power company. He delivered the product on time and his help in dealing with the power company was something other vendors didn't offer. He makes it easy for you.

Dennis Bower

Jason is very knowledgeable in this field. He took the time to fully explain everything and answered all of our questions.

Review from Harms Solar

The process from saying "yes" to producing power to the grid is a well designed program. Jason was helpful from the start to develop the plan, organize the work, and make sure the paperwork was complete, and finished. Now operational, I am happy to have made the decision to become less dependent on commercial utility power, and more responsible for the future of our planet by being less dependent. Renewable energy sources are here to stay. Nobody is going to turn the sun off!

Solar installation

I found out about ECG at a home show, Jason was quick to meet with us. It didn't take much for him to convince us that this was a no brainer because of the financial incentives and the quick payback. However finding a lender to help us get started proved to be a very big challenge and almost stopped us altogether. Everything is done now but due to it being late in the year when we signed, the job took longer than expected.

12 KW System

ECG was a great partner in our residential solar project. ECG worked hard to help us through each step. ECG did the little things to help a novice through the process. I received my first bill with banked hours last month.

PV System

Energy Consultants Group was excellent to work with. They designed a system to meet our energy needs and answered our questions throughout the process. We would highly recommend them. Tom and Celeste Bockenstedt

satisfied customer

Because of solar modules and energy saving construction techniques in our new home our total cost for heating and cooling our home for a year was $610.00. Everything is run on electricity. Not only does it save our money as we are retired but it is the sustainable thing to do.

Kirkwood Community College

We have 3 PV systems on campus that Energy Consultants Group along with our students constructed. I used Jason's expertise to teach our students the proper way of sizing, constucting and installing these systems. We are very pleased with the 3 PV systems performances and the education that our students received from Jason. We hope to do it again real soon. Thanks, David W. Go Solar!

They delivered what was promised and to date the system has been performing above the KWH indicated. Planning to do 4kw expansion this summer and will be calling upon them again
