Solar made easy
Jason provided different capabilities of various spots on the property. He was clear on what I needed to do to prepare and what he was planning to do. He provided pros and cons of what I wanted to do. His printout of the capability and the internal rate of return (over 12%) wer3 very helpful. The system was estimated to generate 65% of our home's needs. After operating for just over two years it has been producing around 77% of our needs over a 12 month period. It only took two days to install our ground-mounted system. Jason made sure that we had all the documents we needed and helped guide me though what was needed where/when for our connection agreement with Alliant Energy and for getting the right documents to apply for the tax credits. It all worked really well.

Steep roof slope made this installation difficult. But it was done safely and effectively.

Jason was very good. He applied my rebate to the bill thus I was able to get the appropriate size for my usage. The production is increasing, so good. The meter was not installed before turning it on.

Solar installation
I found out about ECG at a home show, Jason was quick to meet with us. It didn't take much for him to convince us that this was a no brainer because of the financial incentives and the quick payback. However finding a lender to help us get started proved to be a very big challenge and almost stopped us altogether. Everything is done now but due to it being late in the year when we signed, the job took longer than expected.
