DPI Solar (Dynamic Power Innovation, LLC)

Recently (Over the last year) Got two significantly sized systems installed by DPI. Have known Josh for years, first time customer, also Ex Solar business owner and current contractor - so have grasp of what they are doing. Totally satisfied with the current performance this season. The process was not smooth but extenuating circumstances happen. The pricing was on par and straight forward; the most straight forward we received. Mark (Salesman) was a real person with real knowledge. The product was exactly as promised when it happened. When there were issues we got good ol'fashioned ownership and responsibility and a handshake. They know where we are at and we know where their office is and I have zero hesitance knowing they will be there if we need them which for me as consumer is all I need. I can't handle not knowing who has my back if I am spending thousands of dollars

My wife and I had a Solar Power System installed by DPI Solar in 2016. We have been very pleased with the quality and operation. We contacted Josh Kopczynski at DPI in order to discuss a potential installation of a Battery Back Up System and/or possible increase on solar cells. I can say, without exception, that Josh’s in-depth and understandable explanations on the options were the best demonstration in customer service in memory. We are now in process of making our decision with a much more complete understanding of how Solar systems work and what the real options are for our home. We very genuinely impressed and will continue to recommend DPI Solar to friends and family.

Great company

We had a great experience with DPI. From our initial contact with Mark who's site evaluation was more informative then any of the other solar representatives evaluating our property, to our site manager Erik, everyone gave there all to insure we had the best possible outcome at the most reasonable cost. This is a great local company.

A big thank you and thumbs up to Erik at DPI Solar! He spent over an hour on the phone walking me through a reset on our monitoring system. He was kind and patient even when I had forgot the correct password and we had to start over. The system was working fine but we changed internet companies, so it kicked the monitoring off line. I should also say that the whole process of installing the Solar went very smoothly. They were actually able to come a couple days early for the install, and then it only took about three days to get it installed. We did a 9.6kw ground mount unit and we love our solar!
