My husband and I purchased our first home. Current Home provided us quality and affordability to convert to solar. Justina helped us through every step of the way. She answered all of our questions . Justina is so professional and nice. Current home took care of our needs. Thank you!

Difficult process made easier

Current Home is a good company that has a team of knowledgeable people to help with the whole process of getting solar installed into the home. They take care of pretty much everything that is within their purview. Amiah L. was especially helpful in managing the project. She was very communicative, quick to respond, professional, and knew all the processes to get the jobs done. There were so many steps that needed to be completed and she walked me through it all with no fuss! I recommend going through her to get the job done.

Saving money has never been easier!

Back in February of 2022 me and my wife were noticing that the electric bills were getting way out of hand with the cost so, we decided to go the solar route. We did see a few different companies for bids... Sunrun, Lumio, Maraki... but a lot of them were just looking to get a sale out of us. They didn't really ask about our desires or our goals for the house and pretty much said "Here's the panels and here's the numbers... sign here." It didn't sit right with us. But then, we had the Current Home solar sit with us and it was phenomenal! They were very specific with what they planned to do, went over what our goals were, and set us up with a system that was perfect for us. We have a 3000 sqft house so we needed a nice big 25KW and even though Current Home did come in a little higher than competition, we decided to go with them because of their excellent service and their sales reps are ALWAYS on top of it. We never went without getting checked up on, it almost felt like having a stellar waiter at a 5-star restaurant. Give these guys a call if you want no-nonsense, to the point, custom-built goodness.

Amiah was a wonderful person to work with. She was giving update for every step, the way that waiting wasn't stressful. I knew with her that she was in charge. Communication being a key in business, I think Amiah was the key to unlock my project. I cannot thank her enough for being patient with people like me who are not english native speakers.

Customer Service

During my expansion of 11 panels I had Heaven from Current Home as my main contact. She was very courteous and knowledgeable as to what the process would be like. She would communicate with me via phone, text messages, and email. She kept me up to date with any and all updates. Very satisfied with her customer service skills.

I would give this company five stars but I am giving it four due to the lack of communication on Joe's end. He promised me couple of things such as the the way my system will be installed, the date it would be installed, and when he would get back to me. He failed to call me back. I had to learn to use the app myself because he wouldn't answer. He told me he would show up to my house when all of this was set, but he didn't. I had friends and relatives who were interested in installing solar panels but they lost interest because of Joe wouldn't get back to me to give them more information and potentially putting on solar panels with current home and receiving a signing bonus. I do not recommend working with Joe, but current home is great. The process took about three months only because I personally had to repair my roof. After that, it took about a month in a half for the blue prints to be drawn out and another month to get it installed and obtain the permission to operate (solar panels installation only took one day). Heaven was definitely extremely helpful during this process. She would answer all my questions, call me, and text me even when she was off the clock, including holidays and weekends. Her dedication was highly appreciated. She deserves a raise! HEAVEN 5 STARS!!!! Will update my review once it's been a year on how much I saved and spent going solar with current home.

Amazing

We had the best experience with Current Home. Between Conner and Amiyah Landin, everything went off without a hitch. Conner was very thorough in explaining everything to us to the point I feel like I could sell solar lol, and Amiyah kept us in the loop about everything from beginning to end. They were both amazing and I am so happy we went with Current Home, and that Amiyah was our project manager.

Hassle-Free Installation

Current Home matched competitors’ prices when it came to solar. So far, it has cut down our monthly electricity cost to 33% of what it was. Their representatives are informative and friendly, and I can tell they take good care of their employees.

Great service

Current home was professional and quick with solar panel installation. The city permit took some time but other than that i am happy. Justina always made sure to keep me up to date with the progress of my solar panels and i really appreciated that. Overall the entire process was really quite painless and would recommend it for anyone looking to get solar.

Special thanks to Heaven for helping me after my installation and during the project inspection phase with the city. Heaven made it a priority to reach out and make herself available and also went above and beyond to reach out to the city to expedite my inspection with the city of Moreno Valley. I really struggled to get this type of feedback and assistance with the previous project coordinator before Heaven but once she was assigned to my project, things really started to move fast. I appreciate the excellent customer service Heaven provided and will refer friends, family and neighbors to Current Home because of her service!

A Pleasure To Work With

The entire Current Home team did a great job from the initial sales visit from Wayne Butler, to discussions with Megan Mead (Sales Mgr), and especially the performance of the project mgr Heaven Escamilla who did a wonderful job in managing the entire project from scheduling, through rack and panel installation, and through project completion. She was easy reach, very knowledgeable, highly responsive, and a great communicator.

Extremely professional in all aspects; all in one shop

Hello neighbors, If Current Home Solar had nicknames for their clients like I do my neighbors I would have known me as the critter guard client. I’m here to write a 5 star review for Current Home Solar, their staff, and the quality panels they provide. If you want to save yourself the time and hours of research I spent getting it right they are your go to. My journey started with Jacob who shared his excellent knowledge and answered all my questions then returned without hesitation to speak with my husband and I to answer all his questions and put his skeptical mind at ease. My nickname began here with Jacob, as he phoned the office to find out the cost for me. Apparently others weren’t as concerned as I was about nesting birds. I was adamant about wanting them. We wanted as many panels as would fit on the garage, done. My husband wanted some of the wiring run through the attic, done. I wanted critter guards, done. I wanted a hassle free professional company doing the work, done. Jacob sat on the phone with me while I painstakingly read every page of the contract before signing. Papers were signed on June 10, 2022. The next step was that a project manager was assigned to oversee my installation. Although, I expected one person I had a couple lovely ladies by the names of Sierra, and Heaven. This didn’t bother me in the least as my questions, fears, and concerns were always answered in a way that was informative, detailed, professional, and most of all made sense. In no way was I ever made to feel silly, bothersome, or annoying for asking questions. In a short period of time layouts were completed and approved, roof and attic inspection was scheduled and done, permits were pulled, installation was scheduled and done (on our timeline as my husband wanted to be home) and completed by yet another very professional young man by the name of Josh (I think) and his team. Before long the oh so business minded city inspector arrived to meet Ronald, Current Home Representative who arrived early to put some final touches on things and to make sure all was in order. Again, everything went according to plan. Papers were signed and the final step was Southern California Edison notifying me that they are aware of my solar status. On July 27, we were up and running. If anyone is curious as to what I was researching my concerns were: A professional company that had little or no complaints against them; quality parts and materials; employed installers, not third party installers; work that was done in a timely manner, without excuses (we had none); positive reviews and recommendations; a competitive price; a company that wasn’t interested in providing me with an excessive number of panels so they could make more money; a good warranty; no prepayment penalty; an assurance that panels will transfer with the house if we choose to sell, etc. Everything about them was 5 stars! My only regret is that is took me so long to write this favorable review.

Excellent Staff

Heaven Escamilla was our Project Coordinator and she was very proffesional, courteous and responsive. She answered all of our questions along the way and kept us updated on the progress

We are very pleased with current home from their costumer service to their installers. Mayra, Justina and Duke have been amazing. They always showed up on time, always return phone calls or emails and never left us hanging. The installers never left a mess and they were always on time.

Project Coordinator

My project coordinator was Richard Browning. I was so hesitant about getting solar panels. He was so patient and explained the process so effectively. The whole process was great and everyone on the project was so personable and nice. It was a great experience.

Good and seamless from start to finish. Justina is a good rep and quick to answer phone calls/ emails when you need something answered.

Great customer service

Justina made getting my solar project such an easy process. She helped get my plans signed and set up my install date. They installed my solar power right on time as I just had a $320 Edison bill. I used 1000 kw of energy in the month of June now my panels produce 500 kw a week. So, this came in right on time. We even had some hurdles to overcome with my Tesla power wall but she is helping me get that fixed. Justina, Raymond who installed my electrical was awesome and the whole install team. I would highly recommend current home.

Staff

Everyone at current home solar has been extremely helpful and professional. They are responsive to my phone calls and kept me informed about the schedule for the work. Great people to work with.

My Current Home sales representative is Jim Willmon and my project handler is Melanie. What team! They both kept me updated and informed and kept my project on track in spite of Covid delays. Kudos to both.

Excellent Service
