I am in the process of hiring this contractor again for Solar Domestic hot water.

I think I remember that we paid the net amount only.

Excellent professional installation completed in a timely manner! Their price was very competitive and reasonable, and there were no "extra" charges. I am a successful semi-retired design/build professional with over four decades of experience, and as such, I was very impressed by the excellent workmanship and precise installation I experienced from Cosmic Solar. Again, excellent (in every way) company that I would have no hesitation to refer to anyone!

Cosmic Solar did an excellent job with our PV system installation, and they are very professional and were very easy and plessant to work with. We expected about a 1-month project duration due to material lead-times, but the work was actually completed in less than 2 weeks from our initial contract signing date. The time on-site was only 3 days. There were no problems or issues during the installation, and the system is performing better than expected. We will certainly refer Cosmic Solar to our family and friends! For the lat question: The CA state rebate was deducted from the price- the 30% Fedaral tax credit was not.

We will not receive the federal tax rebate until we reconcile our taxes for the year our system was installed (2010 taxes reconciled in 2011).

Cosmic Solar did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Great company to work with

Cosmic owner and sales representative was a pleasure to work with and fair. Technical crew worked hard and effectively, and was respectful of property. Small amount of roof damage due to repair was fixed immediately upon completion of installation.

Cosmic Solar always did exactly what they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it.

Last Question. Contractor deducted the State Rebate portion and filed to obtain the rebate.

Their work was superior to others in the surrounding area. The parts used were of the highest quality. The job was started on time and finished on time for the exact amount in the contract. All of the workers were competent and curtious. County and SDG&E approval was acheived without incedent the first time. I am very pleased with the system and the workmanship. The net amount was from the State rebate, not including the Federal tax credit.

Many problems in dealing with the city of Chula Vista as the 1st resident to use Cosmic Solar to install in the city. All the hurdles were met and am extremely happy with the results. Great install team!

It was a carefree installation, and we have have had free electricity ever since. It was the best purchase we ever made. They did all of the paperwork for us, both for getting permits and the rebates with the California Energy Commission. We did not have to worry about a thing.
