Certasun

Even with bad weather great job getting install complete.

The team lead and the entire crew worked to beat back mother nature. Snow and bitter cold made for a few extra challenges, but the guys worked around the challenges with safety in mind. Very pleased with the work completed and all the efforts to get the project scheduled and installed.

Great & honest solar company. Highly recommended

From start to finish, Certasun did a great job in installing our solar panel. We are the first one to have solar panel in our area so HOA gave us a hard time approving it but Certasun is very effective in dealing with HOA. The sales guy is very good in explaining the solar panels advantages, cost and incentives and is very honest and transparent in his presentation. The installer did a very good job and did it in a timely manner. Thank you so much Certasun. Highly recommended!

Great to deal, system works great, would do it all over again

let me start buy saying Certasun made the processes very easy. I talked with several companies that quoted different systems at similar pricing, and with my technical background I decided the components, and their system design would work best for me. The processes was well explained, their were no surprises, and it was installed in the promised time frame. After a year of operation with no problems the system produced more than expected, even in cloudy days it still makes power. If I ever had to do it again I would not hesitate to use them again. It was so so easy, and now my electrical bill is so minimal I wonder why more people don't go solar.

Excellent Experience with Certasun

It has been a great experience while working with the talented Certasun team, starting with Sales Representative to Engineering Team to Installation Team to Quality Audit team to Operational Support team. Certasun completed the project ahead of time and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Certasun for the solar panel project. Many Thanks!

Great Work!!

Certasun team is great to work with. Starting from the sales process until the installation you will work with the highly professional team member and regular update on the progress. You are in a safe hand with Certasun for solar installation. I highly recommend Certasun for the very professional and clean work. I have seen many other installations where the wires are all over the roof but with Certasun you will not see any wire on the roof. Nice work team!

Great experience from start to finish

Great products. Customer service keeps you informed through the whole process. Installation went great. System works as expected.

Reliable solar installers!

Great team to work with. Sometimes a little delayed in responding to questions, but excellent installation team and process. Very easy to work with and they really have no added fees/costs. Can’t say enough positive things about the install team- they came over a weekend (they weren’t scheduled for) and got the whole job done!

Excellant Service from beginning to all the way.

I was very impressed with the professinal approach and taking every step, follow ups with the myself, HOA, City of Naperville etc and taking care of all things. Also the heads up to coming home and completing installations on time was splendid. thank you Certasun for making it so smooth.

Great job

They did a great job with my install. Looking forward to the next 25 years with my system.

Very professional team, from sales to installation.

The whole process of investing in solar power with Certasun was very smooth. They took care of everything. Install team was very professional and polite. The electric bill is very low. Best part it helps the planet.

The entire team was thoughtful, thorough, and great service.

Great experience with Certasun

We had a great experience with Certasun. We chose them over other companies because of the quality of their panels (SunPower) and the effort they took to answer our questions at every step of the process. They took care of all the approvals and permits and the installation only took one day. We now have very attractive panels on our roof that are generating electricity for us throughout the day. I would highly recommend Certasun.

Quick service

Certasun was excellent in servicing my solar panel project with a very quick installation. I’ve been enjoying the saving from the solar system and on track of hitting the expected production.

I have been very satisfied with Certasun

Certasun was extremely helpful and responsive through out the installation process. My one disappointment was that they were not offering batteries for energy storage when I ordered my solar installation, but now they even offer Powerwall batteries. Everything happened like they said it would, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get solar panels/batteries.

Excellent Project from start to finish!

Getting a quote, let alone getting a full system installed in this challenging pandemic would have been difficult for any company. Except Certasun pulled this off without a hitch! From virtual consultation by Ricky, to final installation everything was done correctly, efficiently and without any issues! Professional installation crew did a fantastic job and management was readily accessible every step of the way! Highly recommended!

Couldn't imagine a better experience

Sheri Tremblay - one of their consultants - offered a free virtual quote. She asked all the right questions and adjusted the system design to fit my specific wants and needs. There was no pressure at any point and the whole team was incredibly patient with some of the hiccups on my end. The install team was also terrific - they left the place cleaner than they arrived. Somebody on the crew even thought to mention that an old chimney in the attic could use some touching up. Had somebody take a look later and it was nearly collapsing! Probably would have a chimney in my living room if not for the helpful folks at Certasun. My system looks great and the savings look greater.

Fantastic Experience

I would highly recommend anyone looking to install solar on their home use Certasun. My wife and I had a great experience from the quote all the way through installation.

Happy going Solar with Certasun

After 4 months of going Solar, I’m really happy with the work Certasun. The online monitoring app is extremely useful. Worked with several companies before zeroing on Certasun. Worked with Bill Wayne from sales team and he was fantastic. Got the best rate and Sunpower Panels. The only issue I had was the process was very slow and it went beyond 90 days to complete the installation and approval by city. Had to follow-up multiple times regarding the status of installation but didn't let that bother me much as they are professionals and know their job. City did not approve it couple of times but they came back and fixed the issues without bothering me much and not adding additional costs. Would strongly recommend. Thanks to Bill and Jennifer

Good people to work with. Very knowledgeable

Good reviews and references

Great company to work with.

We are very pleased with the work done by Certasun. The salesman was friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy. It took a bit longer to get the permitting due to Covid, but everything went smoothly nonetheless. The electricians and the technicians were hard working, friendly, and explained everything they needed to do. Would highly recommend Certasun to anyone thinking about going solar. We love our new, improved electric bill!

Sales and installers did a great job.

We heard they did a good job. Recommended by SunPower.

High quality installer & panels.

We received several bids from a variety of different solar vendors and decided to go with Certasun because of they offered the best value system that was proposed. Of course it didn't hurt that the sales person was professional, honest, and not pushy/smarmy (which I cannot say the same for some of the other vendors who provided a bid). I am pleased with the responsiveness of the team, and thrilled with the end result. While I would have loved to have had the system installed a bit sooner (catch those June rays :)), the time from signature to installation was still reasonable. Ultimately, I'm really happy with the system, Certasun's role in making it happen, and it turned out to be much cheaper than I expected when I started looking back in May.

Top Quality service and Product

I am an employee of Certasun and chose to purchase my system through them this past summer 2020. I chose Certasun not because I was incentivized to do so, but because I am able to witness first-hand the proficiency of coordination, communication and quality of installation from start to finish. I had 18 modules installed on my house and detached garage which equated to 110% offset of my homes usage. The cost of the system before and after incentives was effectively illustrated as well as the production of the system in relation to my current electrical consumption. Financing options were offered (0% interest through EnerBank

Best solar panels and installation Team

To finalize my plan to install solar I have reviewed couple of option then decided to go with local company Certasun. Pro’s: Their team is very professional and completed the install to meet all local codes. They also ran the electrical conduit in the attic so that the roofline looks beautiful. Paul is a very knowledgeable sales rep. I highly recommend Certasun to install your Sunpower panels. Cons: My install team forgot to pick up used roofing nails after install. I got nail in my car tire in subsequent weeks. I contacted them and they came out to pick up nails. I would still recommend Certasun for overall install experience.

Great experience with Certasun

I had done some homework, "interviewed" three companies and choose Certasun based on presentation, professional communication during presentation and prior it. I was not disappointed. They took us through the process, we installed easily and before the date they promised and we look forward to being part of the solution. Paul D and the other part of the team were very receptive when I needed some answers and were in touch through out the process. The electrical and installation team were also top notch. I highly recommend.
