Great Communication and Support
I can't say enough positive things about the Centauri team! They always responded quickly to requests and questions, installation was quick and easy, and the electrician taught me a lot about how it all worked. They also worked hard to advocate throughout the permit process when the city was slow in responding to our applications.

Very weird marketing
I scheduled a call with Centauri Systems to talk about getting solar installed in my home last week, but never received a link to join the meeting. 5 minutes after the meeting start time, I received a call from someone named Zach who asked why I hadn't logged in for the meeting. I explained that no one at his company had actually shared a link, and he did then finally share one. Zach seemed to be trying hard to market the company, and kept talking about wanting to get us on the same page. I was glad to take the call once I received the link, but a bit puzzled about what information Zach needed, as he was asking for information irrelevant to solar energy (like about my personal background/where I was from). I then explained that I was expecting someone to arrive so it would be great if we could just keep the focus on solar power. He then proposed that we reschedule for another time, and I said, no if he could just ask his questions about the property that would be helpful. He kept arguing that we should reschedule -- apparently he was offended by not having capacity to have a longer chat? I again asked if he could ask if his questions, and finally said that if he wasn't comfortable proceeding, that was okay. He then said that he felt that I wouldn't be a "good fit" for Centauri. The interaction was kind of comical, as it was just such abysmal marketing, but I thought I should post a warning for other consumers.

Great partner for going solar!
I found Centauri after an initial vetting and review using Energy Sage to narrow down the list of solar providers for my area. I found the process with Centauri straightforward even with the rush of customers starting projects ahead of the federal subsidy removal. They were the best value and offered the highest quality system components and panels. We worked together to size the system to meet my need and I’m looking forward to doing my part to support our climate and save some money!

Attentive and gracious
We started the process in February and finally started producing solar energy in November. Centauri was a faithful companion through this long journey, with super helpful head-up communications that kept us apprised of where we were in the process and translated technical jargon so we could understand. Every staff person we interacted with was gracious and encouraging. What a great way to start a 30-year relationship!

Simple and straightforward!
Everyone at Centauri was wonderful to work with. From the start, they went above and beyond to give me all of the information I needed to make a decision on getting solar. Their communication along the way was top-notch and made things easy to understand. We always knew what the process was, where we were at in the timeline, and what was next. I have already recommended Centauri to multiple friends who are considering solar!

Fast, friendly (maybe even fun? )
Truly the was a great experience and I'd never expected to say that after the necessary process of getting my solar up and running. They were personable from the start. They asked good questions that felt genuine and helpful as well as to get to know me. They would check in on me to see if i had questions, but I never once felt pressured. I had been looking into solar for a couple years and had consultations with other companies, but I kept being drawn back to Centauri. Everything was delivered as promised and ahead of schedule, which was unbelievable with the huge interest in solar this year. Everyone I interacted with from office staff to installers to the actual president of the company (who was one of the installers on site) was so thoughtful and polite. When they came out they took good care of everything at my house so it never felt or looked like a worksite. (My neighbors didn't even know they had done the installation.) And they were friendly (even with my dog!) They took care of working with city inspectors, state inspectors, the electric company, manufacturers, and financing without me having to do anything and none of those must be fun to deal with. It was a great experience and I have been recommending my friends use Centauri even before the last switch was flipped.
