very poor ROI

Still waiting (over a year)for Xcel to send me credits. I was told explicitly that it would be residential rates, and got commercial rates. I could have applied it to an apartments meter, but was told there was no reason to. The Tax situation isn't what was promised. I have to spread the credit over multiple years. Was a bad investment. Decent price, no issue with the install, just given bad information, and no help getting Xcel resolved.
