Catch The Sun

I could go on in a rant but to put it short and simple. Bull!!! Panels were installed last March. May they got inspected. Supposed to receive paper work from company to get my credits with Xcel. Never heard back from anyone. I have been sending emails since. It is not February almost a year later and my emails get no response. I did not get the app, the tax credit or any kind of service response. Definitely got the monthly payment for the materials. To top it off, I am paying a hefty electric bill to go along with my solar bill. This company at this point is full of sh#@!!!! I get it that inflation has hit but I got solar to offset the suspected inflation at the time. I want to believe that there is some miscommunication with this company but at the moment, if you don't answer me then I am going to let everyone else know so they don't make the same mistake. I am filling a complaint with the state and about ready to call my lawyer.
