Poor internal Communication and no real help from Goodleap!
Goodleap placed a lock on my gateway and failed to help me remove the physical lock which I ended up paying an outside installer to remove it. I contacted them severally to have it removed and Bradley was assigned to handle my case but he was dismissive, rude and not helpful at all cos everything "seemed" to be working ok in their system while I kept saying there was a physical lock on the power box that they placed by them and only they wuoldhave to remove it. (Not an outside installers job)!!! So for months been paying high electric bills cos Goodleap did notcare to help get my solar properly reactivated! Worst experience ever!!

Terrible service
They have a very good sales person. The service is terrible, they ruined my door paint, and broken one piece of roof. Solution they proposed is mail me a check. However, even I called five times and I still haven't received the check for a year. The finance is a scan, we were told the first 18 monthly, we only need to pay 78/month. However, after two month, i just realize this cannot even cover the interests.

If part of your agreement with Blue Raven includes monthly checks from them to help with loan payments don't believe it. I got the first half of the payments then all of a sudden they stopped even after 9 phone calls with the representatives promising I would get them in a week they never showed. I regret ever doing business with. My advise is find someone else. I don't really think they will post this review.

Buyer beware
September of 2025 Blue Raven/ SunPower had me put down 27K and change on a solar project that was going to be finished before the end of the year (said it would only take a few days once they started). Long story short, job didn't get done and I requested a refund in January26 (as all the tax credits dry up end of 25) and was told no problem they will refund my down payment. After a month I reached out again finally getting in touch with customer service rep. calling once a day for a week, only after threating to get a lawyer, they told me again we will be cutting checks in a week or two. Fast forward to almost May and a bunch of emails saying refund is coming, still nothing. Guess I will need to get a lawyer.

Once you are installed they will abandon you
We had some hail damage and needed to coordinate some repairs but thwere is no way to talk to anyone other than a call center. They will teel you to "rest assured" that some one will contact youi. They don't know when or how. When you call for an update they get angry and tell you they don't know how to help you. Don't recommend.

Very dishonest company
When I signed up to have my solar panels installed, the sales representative told me that I would have 12 months no interest promotion. This is not the case. I just got off the phone with Enfin the financing company and they told me that my payments have been going towards interest with only a small portion going towards the principal. It took months to have my solar panels installed. My electrical bill has not gone down much. If I could have these panels removed from my home I would. After the papers were signed, the sales representative was nowhere to be found.
