Payment Program Disorganized
Sales service is good, but they are not organized with sending payments out on a program where they take care of the first 18 months. The dates continue to move and all we get is a text stating it's moving, yet are payment due doesn't move. The paper check being sent out should be digital to avoid this in today's age of technology.

Great company they have been so professional and any issues that came up with permits or zoning they handled it before I even knew about the issue. I highly recommend getting solar with blue raven and Wes he was around for every step to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the service.

Project manager was great, he had my back when problems come about! Could not convince schedulers that trenching had to be filled in asap! Flooding accurred in the house when a storm came! I trenched and backfilled myself with no help from the crew! Roof was measured wrong and had one less panel installed! Scheduled time was not met and that took several weeks! Open trench flooded again the house, but now it finally done!

We had a very positive experience from beginning to end with this company. Our sales guy Bob was very kind, knowledgeable and patient with us as we reviewed our options. He came back with answers, and worked hard to get our paperwork correct. We had a positive experience with the schedulers to get the installation process going, and the installers were prompt, and worked hard to get us up and running. I would 100% work with these people again in the future.

BEST SOLAR COMPANY
Just finished up the install today and we will be getting the final inspection soon. From Megan who stopped over and drew everything up to Lee's install team, the experience was nothing less than phenomenal. If considering going OFF THE GRID this company would be the one to call. Very impressed with all of the professionalism from start to finish.
