Great experience! Professional sales team and professional installation team. Installation team took time to answer my questions and included certain trim pieces on the units that gave them a neater appearance. Going on close to a year now and panels are performing as designed if not better.

Poor customer service
We were told by the sales representative during the sales call that if we had any issues to contact him. He would be our point of contact. A few issues with install. We energized our system on 8/30. Out of a total of 20 panels. 3 were not reporting. We logged a call on the 8/31 for service. After waiting and waiting for anyone to respond, I reached out to the sales representative for assistance. He had been notified earlier of our issues. He gave us another number to contact for assistance. So much for him being our main point of contact for any and all issues. We called that number on 9/14 and the soonest they could get a crew out to us was 9/25. Appointment was set for today 9/25 between 8:30 and 12:30 pm. Last Friday 9/22 they contacted us by text and said it was going to be between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. Guess what it is 2:00 pm and they no call no showed. I therefore cannot recommend Blue Raven Solar.

A year and a half and still no project
We signed a contract a year and a half ago and have still yet to have the system installed. They let the financing lapse two times and we were hit with additional interests rates with zero communication from the company. We have had to call and ask for updates constantly with no movement in the right direction. They promised a winter 2022 installation and re-confirmed that date in October, 2022. "Promising" to get the job done by the end of the year. No updated and no movement for this entire year other than us proactively warning them that the financing we secured was lapsing, taking on additional hard inquiries to our credit and more financing fees and higher interest rates. We are now over 3x the interest of what we originally signed the contract for.

Poor communication, and damages
Started installation process beginning July was given estimated windows. Knowing that a lot of processes would take time I let most of it just run its course. About two months later I was the one who had to reach out to get a status update and still couldn’t get a proper update. After getting the run around I was told it would be another week or so. After that date passed I still didn’t hear back. Early that following week I got a message that was oh, by the way your permit and everything ready and we have an installation open tomorrow. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me and had to wait another month for an available time to open up. Day of installation was pretty smooth tech’s nice and help. Sadly while getting into the attic the roof tile was broken and not informed about. As my son was going to sleep that night he freaked out about it telling me something was wrong. I informed my representative about the damage and was told I would hear back. (Take a guess if I’ve heard back yet) then I multiple emails telling me they’d like me to follow up and leave a review. Here it is.
