Excellent work and customer service
I very happy with my solar panel installation so far. The panels are up and the electrical work is done. Just waiting for the inspections. I have to say how pleased I am with the service. The system was installed sooner than expected and the customer service is great. Every time I have a question or forgot something there is always someone to give me an answer. I never have to wait more than 2 days for a reply. Everyone is so nice too. I have had installs done by some big box stores for jobs half the size of this one and they have never had the customer service or quality of work that Bison Roofing and Solar has.

Solar Panel Installation
Thank you Bison Roofing and Solar, our solar panels survived Hurricane Irma without a scratch!!! So very impressed with the quality of the panels and workmanship of your installers. They know what they are doing for sure!!!!<br />We highly recommend Bison Roofing & Solar. Their team, Adam, Fernanda & Dan are very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and clearly communicated what to expect during the entire solar installation process. We felt they had our best interests in mind through engineering, permitting and installation of our 11.6 kw system. They worked with our metal roofing manufacturer to engineer leak proof attachment points for our metal roof. Bison Roofing & Solar went the extra mile to protect our expensive roof.<br />We are very impressed so far with the performance of the solar panels and are looking forward to saving money with our electric bill.

Pretty damn excited!
Pretty damn excited as today is our first day of "generating" our own electricity! Special thanks to our good friends Adam Coughlin and Kim Coughlin at Bison Roofing and Solar. True professionals who know what they are doing and who took great care of us. Friends, come see our new PV System and I'll hook-you-up with Adam. You'll be impressed with him and all of Bison's products. The generous tax credit won't last forever. And now back to watching our meter "spin" backward!

Feeling excited already
I was referred to Bison Roofing and Solar by a friend that had also had solar installed. The rep that came to my house was named Andy. He answered all of our questions and was very patient with us, despite my husband and I asking the same questions over send over again. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable at his job. This made us not only feel comfortable, but also made us excited for the future. We signed a contract right there. The entire process was explained to us. We have sincreased had a site survey, and had a new hot water heater installed by Scott. We are already seeing a savings on our bill. Every question that we have is answered, and our phone calls are always returned the same day. The owner of the company has called twice as well. All in all, very very impressed with Bison Roofing and Solar. Will highly recommend, based on customer service alone. Thanks Andy, Scott, site survey girl and owner of the company. You have exceeded even my expectations.
