Badass Energy

Truly a “badass” experience!

My original installation company, like lots of others, went out of business and left me hanging. I got lucky finding Badass Energy. Tracy had all the right skills. He was in communication with me every step of the way. Obviously very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know to my satisfaction. He worked with the equipment manufacturer to troubleshoot and obtain the replacement equipment we needed - still under warranty, so no charge for the equipment. He also inspected the rest of my system to make sure everything was working properly. There was a minor issue with a panel, which he could have replaced and made more money, but advised it was unnecessary at this time - shows honesty. Tracy was great at following up and staying in touch until everything was resolved. Knowledgeable? Check. Honest? Check. Reliable? Check. Thank you Tracy.

Tracy woodburn is an absolute recommendation from me, he was patient and kind and explained the process of setup thoroughly. He installed the panels in a timely manner and out of the other solar companies I looked into, he had the best pricing. Nice young man highly recommend.

Invaluable Solar Guru!

Tracy was invaluable in the design, build and setup phases of my Airstream solar upgrade. From start to finish, was responsive, intelligent and fun to work with. Highly recommended!

Terrific Job!!

Thank you BADASS ENERGY for wonderful customer service! The process was explained in detail every step of the way! They went above and beyond, I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Tracy Woodlawn. I unfortunately went with a company that was a very bad deal. Tracy had a much better system at a cheaper price. I was willing to stop making payments on the ones I got from vivint, now Sunrun, just to go with Tracy’s. I did contact an and was told that if I did that, they could put a lien on my home. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Go with Tracy

None better

Tracy helped us install a system form our RV, and, man, he just checked all the boxes. Super helpful with configuration advice, deeply knowledgeable about systems and options, and always patient and friendly. On install day he showed up on time, prepared, planned everything out thoroughly, and went way above and beyond to make sure everything was tidy and clean worked as expected. If you are considering Badass for an install, don't think twice, you won't do better with fair, knowledgeable and conscientious help. Couldn't be happier
