I rarely do a review unless the product, service, or company is exceptional. Arizona Solar Wave checked all the boxes on being an exceptional company, including 25+ years in business, a BBB A+ rating, and being locally owned. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my solar system. I spoke to several representatives. Arizona Solar Wave was the only one that didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I’m so glad I went with Arizona Solar Wave now that my project is complete. I now have my dream solar system with solar panels, battery backup, and a gateway panel to enable me to be totally off-grid! No more power outage worries. I can honestly say Arizona Solar Wave exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

Working with the Arizona Solar Wave team has been a phenomenal experience for multiple reason! 1 - Initial Offer: I originally reached out in January 2025 to compare solar options. Justin Bradley was patient, insightful, and most importantly, genuine. I had mentioned that a door-to-door salesmen, who's company will remain unnamed, offered solar leasing with a 1.99% annual increase and that I had signed a letter to begin the process - Justin informed me that this was a scheme used to lock people into crazy expensive leases with low initial payments. I quickly got out from the other lease agreement upon this insight. Here is a quick comparison of the deals they offered: Unnamed Company Offer: 9.46 KW System with Full Services Battery Backup (unspecified KWh Capacity in Contract) $248.53 monthly payment, of which $68.25 goes to Full Services Batter Backup 1.99% Annual increase for 25 Years TOTAL PAYMENTS LEASE TERM - $95,403.96 AZ SOLAR WAVE Offer: 11.34 KW System with 24 KWh Battery Backup CASH Price - $51,123.00 2 - Installation: After I signed with AZ Solar Wave, I began working with Stephen Garrett and Justin Tidwell to plan through the logistics and permitting of the project. Along the entire process, the team was very transparent. There were multiple delays throughout the process due to supply chains, permitting approvals, inspections, and other issues - however, Justin and Stephen were very clear about how the issues were being overcome and they were always available over phone and text to answer any questions I had. Permits were issued on May 27th, 2025, and the installation took place by July 10th, 2025. From signing the contract on February 6th to installation on July 10th was a total just over 5 months. I definitely learned a lot about the process along the way and I felt reassured along the entire way. I always have lots of questions and nothing was left unanswered. There was never any doubts in my mind or did I ever second-guess myself about the process. 3 - Inspections: The system wasn't commissioned into service until August 15th due to various inspection delays. When inspectors found issues with the system set up, Justin was proactive about fixing the inspection issue the next day. I completely understand that everything has to be up to standard and these guys certainly know their stuff - the issues found were minor and the greatest delay came from the city of Phoenix in scheduling out the inspectors. On the final inspection, Justin had his technician wait for the inspector to do a walk along with them together and any issue was fixed on the spot. It is a pass on final inspection. 4 - Initial Savings: Once the system was active, the system generated roughly 55-60 KWh per day. The battery system has been able to provide power during the peak hours for the SRP E-27 plan. In prior years, we paid around $450 to $500 during the summer months with SRP. We have now received our first bill for the month of September for $108. These are notable savings right off the bat. Although it was slightly disappointing that we were not able to reap the full benefits of solar during peak summer due to delays, we are still very satisfied with the savings we are seeing so far and are looking forward to the next summer. Overall, working with AZ Solar Wave has been a 10/10! I highly recommended them to anyone considering solar. The team is professional, genuine, earns trust, and delivers results.

I am paying more after solar install. Quoted a 35$ fee from SRP yearly, they charge that every month and can raise it as much as they choose, according to SRP. They installed equipment on my house and never told me what it's for, how it works. They turned power on while i was at work ignoring my request to wait until i could be there to answer my questions. Like What do i do if i have an electrical fire? How to clean and maintain the panels? How to track or know if the panels are even working? My system cost me 60k yep, 60,000 dollars and with payment my electric bills are still almost 400$ a month in the summertime. 2 years have gone by and no one from this company has reached out to see how it's all going. I have to pray this company will back their 25-yr warranty when the panels ware out and don't work anymore. Customer service should be something that happens even after THE COMPANY GETS PAID! Their website by the way only shows 5-star reviews, pretty shady if you ask me

Arizona Solar Wave was very thorough when installing the panels on top of the house. They guided me through the process of getting all the necessary paperwork into the various HOA's and APS. The only problem now is understanding the Enphase Energy System and getting it set up properly. Once this gets set-up, my experience will be 5 stars.

Figuring out which solar company to use isn't easy; I spent a lot of time researching to pick two or three to deal with. My first call was to Arizona Solar Wave, and they were so responsive, precise, and helpful that I was extremely comfortable proceeding with them. I had done a fair amount of background work figuring out about what I wanted/would need, and Brad worked through every step with me, coming up with about the same panel size and persuading me (contrary to my first instinct) not to do backup batteries. After signing with them, there was never a question I had that wasn't answered within a matter of hours, if not minutes. The installation itself was flawless--indeed, everything was smooth and precise from the moment I first contacted Arizona Solar Wave. Solar panels are a big expenditure, but this was, overall, at the very top of my experience with businesses/installers. I would choose them again in a nano-second.

I highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone choosing to have a solar system installed. From our first contact with Brad, we knew we found our contractor. Brad’s knowledge and professionalism was evident as he explained how solar panels/inverters work, the process for determining system size, and especially that all work is completed by Arizona Solar Wave employees. Best of all, Brad is our direct contact with Arizona Solar Wave. There is no chance for miscommunication. Brad answered our questions quickly whether we called, text or emailed him. This home project was by far the best experience we’ve had with contractors. We are very happy with quality of work of our solar system.

Good experience from the first contact with Matt followed by an efficient (despite the heat) and careful installation. They provided helpful information and answered questions. The only delay to production was the wait for the county inspection and the new APS meter. With only 15 days of production in late August (temperatures all over 110) my bill was almost 35% lower than what it would have been without solar.

After good experience Arizona Solar Wave installation at our Glendale home last year, we asked them to put in a system at a home in Chino Valley. Again we had a good experience with personal attention resulting in a nicely functioning system.

We just turned on our solar panel system which was professionally installed by the great team at Arizona Solar Wave. Brad was absolutely fantastic and responded almost instantaneously to every text message, email, and phone call. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly the entire process unfolded, from submitting an estimate through contract signing, permitting, and installation. The installation crew were on time, neat, kind, and professional. I’ve lived in AZ for almost 40 years and this was, by far, the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Very highly recommended.

Arizona Solar Wave is an excellent company with integrity, high-quality work, superior efficiency, honest employees, and transparency regarding the actual cost and timeline for installation. I had previously had solar panels installed on a property that I later sold and that was more than 5 years ago. The owner still has outstanding employees that are timely and work well together. They installed my entire 8.91kw system in one day. The process from planning, permits, power company approval, installation, final inspection, and power on was seamless in large part to the diligence I have come to expect and count on through two experiences with this company. They keep everything fluid from start to finish and are in the loop throughout every step. There was not a single delay in any part of the process, allowing me to start generating power as soon as possible. They have the finest customer service of any company I have ever done business with, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a solid company to complete their solar project to look no further than Arizona Solar Wave. One last note on integrity: I practically begged for a battery install in the past and the owner was transparent with me, recommending against it because the cost to value just is not there yet. He told me I would never recoup my money spent on batteries versus the potential savings from using them to offset peak power, and the only purpose would be for backup only, which he recommended a generator instead for dealing with any loss of power. That is integrity! Thank you!

CHOOSING TO GO SOLAR WAS NOT A BIG ISSUE FOR US. WE HAD PANELS ON OUR OTHER HOUSE AND KNEW WITH RATES GOING UP THAT IT WAS A DONE DEAL. BUT CHOOSING THE COMPANY WAS ANOTHER ISSUE. OUR STRICT CRITERIA HELPED NARROW OUR SELECTION TO FIVE COMPANIES. INORDINATE PRICING ELIMINATED TWO. ANOTHER WAS REMOVED ONLY BECAUSE IT FELL SHORT OF THE TOP TWO. NOW CAME THE REAL CHALLENGE. BOTH, WERE SELLING AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT WITH VERY SIMILAR COMPONENTS, WARRANTIES, ETC. WHAT SEALED THE DEAL FOR US IN CHOOSING ARIZONA SOLAR WAVE AND ENERGY WAS ONE KEY FACTOR…SALESMANSHIP! BRAD BRADLEY MADE THE DIFFERENCE. ONCE WE HAD NARROWED IT DOWN TO WHAT WE BELIEVED TO BE THE BEST OF THE FIVE WHICH HAD BEEN CAREFULLY SELECTED, WE KNEW OUR DECISION WAS GOING TO REQUIRE PERSONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL. AND THIS IS WHERE BRAD EXCELLED. FROM THE BEGINNING, HE TREATED US WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS. BUT THEN SO DID THE OTHER SALESMAN. SO YOU ASK WHY DID YOU CHOOSE ASW. IT WAS BECAUSE NOT ONLY WAS BRAD SELLING A PRODUCT, HE WAS TEACHING. HE WAS MAKING SURE, BY ASKING QUESTIONS, THAT WHEN ANSWERED CORRECTLY, CONVINCED HIM THAT WE UNDERSTOOD. THIS WAS HUGE TO US. ONCE OUR DECISION WAS MADE, WE HAVE CONTINUED TO BE OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH BRAD’S ATTENTIVENESS TO DETAIL AND FOLLOW-UP. HE HAS ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE DIRECTLY OR RETURNED A CALL PROMPTLY. WE LOOK FORWARD WITH PEACE OF MIND THAT BRAD IS THERE TO HELP IF NEEDED.

The entire process from start to finish has been great - from Matt the sales person to Brad, general contractor, and the installers; everyone was helpful and professional. Brad was great at keeping me informed and answering my questions. Installation was right on schedule, and actually much sooner than I had expected. They worked through all the permitting issues, even worked to resolve a permit issue from a previous installation of my service panel (which was installed over a year prior to ordering the solar panels). I highly recommend Arizona Solar Wave to anyone who is considering solar panels.

Great Service and Professionalism from start to finish.

I thought that Arizona Solar was great to work with. From the beginning they explained all of the options up front, tax credit information and how the process worked. True to their word, the install went very smoothly and I’m looking forward to saving money every month! The most difficult part in the process was working with my HOA, however, Arizona Solar gave me the supporting documentation for the plans and the HOA approved the work after I applied. It was clear to me that Arizona Solar had done this work for years. They were very pleasant and professional and I’d highly recommend them!

It has been a pleasure working with Mike and Brad for our System at home. Mike was very helpful upfront and took time and patience to explain everything in details. Brad followed it up with the permitting, install and start up. We had our Inverter not working and Brad was on top of the solution. We got a knock on our door by their technician informing us of the problem, he replaced the inverter but had issue getting it started. He and Brad followed up and got us up and running in 2 days. Brad was available by phone and kept us informed. I would suggest that you call Mike if you are in the market for a Solar system.

Brad and the Solar Wave team were friendly, communicative, and professional the entire process. Anytime I had a question they were quick to respond and answer thoroughly. They kept me in the loop on the timeline and progress for installation and start date of the panels. The solar panels are already saving us money after only having them for 3 1/2 months. My experience with AZ Solar Wave was terrific! The took all the time I needed to answer my many questions and made sure I had a full understanding of everything I wanted to understand! If I had to do it all over again I would not hesitate to use them again!

The experiences working with Arizona Solar Wave and Brad was purely amazing!! I initially started my project with another solar company and they designed my system with 35 panels and went through all the permit process, but on the installation day, that solar company told me they had to change the design and can only install 15 panels on my roof. I was very upset with the last minute design change by that company and stopped the contract. Then, I found Arizona Solar Wave on Solar Review and contacted Brad. Brad is super nice and had my measurement done right away. Arizona Solar Wave had the design of 45 panels on my roof within a few days after I contact them!!! I was super happy about it and we started the process with them right away. The process is super smooth and Brad is always accessible and responsive whenever I have questions. Yesterday, my solar system started running and is producing huge amount of power! The whole process only took 3-4 months! I couldn't be happier!!! I was referred to this company by a friend. I spoke to Mr. Brad Bradley who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sent a representative to my house who explained the size of a system that I would need per my requests. There were no hard sales pitches or pressure to buy. The installers came to the house, explained what they were going to do and got the job completed in a timely manner. The system works efficiently and I am very pleased. Furthermore, Mr. Bradley has always answered any questions that I may have. He usually answers immediately and if he doesn't always within 24 hours. Furthermore, this company they handle everything right down to any future repairs, not done by a third party and within 48 hours. Thank you very much, Jeff

Overall it was a true pleasure to work with this company! As of this writing, I'm 2 days into producing my own electricity. The process started with me meeting up with one of the sales rep (I met with about 4 different ones from different companies to compare). It was very stressful to try and figure out which company to go with but saw only positive reviews for this company and I now know why. The day or two after my signature of the agreement, I started working with Brad who is the main POC that runs most of the projects (not in sales). Brad nailed it from start to finish and it was a pleasure to work with him! He was extremely helpful throughout the process and very honest while also being proactive about anything that came up. Overall timeline: ~Early Sept: Signed Contract with Arizona Solar Wave Mid Nov: Solar Installed One week later: State inspection and the state had just changed the rules on something so it was out of code (no worries Brad immediately new that we had been inspected and started working the fix) Mid Jan: Final approval from APS and turned the panels This is obviously a little bit longer than normal, however with the holidays & the change to the state code probably added to the timeline. I would definitely go back to this company for Solar and would recommend them for sure. Lastly, I would recommend if you can to do research in paying for your system with cash (i.e. don't lease or do the loan). The price is significantly cheaper as the funding fees for the loans are insane (or maybe look for a normal bank loan and you'll probably find a cheaper rate). ~$30k vs ~$45k for the same system (cash vs loan and neither of those include the tax credit).

Let me start by saying my husband and I couldn't be happier!! We finally made the decision to go with solar and after comparing many solar companies, their systems, their reviews and customer service we went with AZ Solar Wave. Sooooo glad we did. They are a local company that has been in business for a while and knows the AZ heat situation. From start to finish their team was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and explained everything step by step. They came in ahead of schedule and always showed up when they said they would. The whole installation and financing of our new solar panels was easy and went very smoothly. Brad Bradley went above and beyond in the way that he addressed all my concerns, and was always available by phone or text. He responded in a VERY timely manner. On the last step of the installation Justin Hazard came out and gave me a once over instruction on the meter and switches so I'd know what I was looking at. I video taped his instructions so I could use it as reference if I ever needed to. How happy am I???? My first full solar billing cycle with SRP was $16.00!!!! I’m very glad I chose Arizona Solar Wave. It has been a pleasant experience with them since my inquiry about going solar. Brad and his crew are very knowledgeable and have been very responsive and accommodating as well. They also have a reasonable and competitive pricing but my biggest takeaway with Arizona Solar Wave that you may not find in any other company is that they offer a 20-year product AND workmanship warranty with GOOD customer service to go along with it. If that doesn’t convince you then I don’t know what will.

I have heard horror stories of solar companies and their warranties, so I backed out of a contract with another company and went with Arizona Solar Wave. Glad I did, very responsive through the whole process. Remember, you will have a 20+ year relationship with this company, so choose wisely.

Arizona Solar Wave did a great job, they were helpful with sever steps before my panel installation. They coordinated my new roof installation and my electrical panel upgraded!!

Brad and his crew were extremely easy to deal with. They took care of the permits and inspections with both Mesa and SRP. It was all smooth as could be. There was one minor hiccup during the install (they placed a wiring conduit on the front of the house roof and I preferred it on the back) and they were back the next day to fix it. As an engineer, I had lots of questions and I monitor the system performance regularly. Arizona Solar Wave has answered my every question promptly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

We had a system installed by Arizona Solar Wave a couple of years ago. We decided to add on to the system and chose them because of past good experience. This time was no different, installation went smoothly. Brad was always quick to respond to questions, the only suggestion for improvement was to have the salesperson, who is very friendly and courteous, be a little more knowledgeable about how the system works. Since I have personally installed my own off-grid system, I know a little about how it works, and the salesperson had to call Brad at least twice during the initial interview with technical questions. I still think the prices charged by all solar companies are too high, but I didn't want to wade through the permit process.

Arizona Solar Wave was amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing, installing and setting up the solar panels on my home! There was a TON of background work that they complete with permits and information with APS. They make the process very smooth and based on my research and quotes, they were very competitive with pricing and the best quality of solar panels out there. They have amazing warranty also. I strongly suggest you give them a call and hear how educated they are on their products and process.

We had our panels installed about 6 months ago and added on 3 more for a total of 30 panels. We do have bills in the summer, but changed out our ac system to a new one, so we'll see how that goes next year. Having just bought a tesla, it's like getting free gas for life! I charge it during the day when we are producing electricity and the meter is still going backwards. I had an issue with a part and they took it very seriously and got it fixed right away.

I shopped around for a while getting quotes. When looking into a system, they offered the most knowledge and the best support I could find. They were able to get the job done in a shorter time that originally quoted. I would highly recommend going with Arizona Solar Wave.

We started this process by going out and getting 3 quotes. I contacted friends in the electrical business to see if they could recommend anyone and in the process of reading reviews and doing my research I realized that there are several different types of companies in the market. Some companies appear to be solar installers (installing packages they are getting from suppliers), and some companies seem to just collect your money and then subcontract the entire project to installers (skimming their fee of the top of course). Arizona Solar Wave is a full-service solar supplier. They design the system, pull the permits, specify and purchase all of the components, coordinate with the inspectors and with the utility company and most importantly warranty the entire installation for 25 years. Brad is the general manager of the company and I actually spoke to him a couple of times during the course of the project (he returns phone calls!) I dealt with Mike starting with a quote and then proceeding thru the contract signing, design and installation phases. I not only got a competitive price on my system, I also got very good financing which made the decision to proceed a "no brainer." Everything went without a hitch. I was guaranteed installation in a certain time frame, but the actual installation went faster than I was promised. Everything was completed within 60 days of when I signed the contract and I'm currently producing power. I'm very impressed by how efficiently the whole project was managed.

When I started to look into getting Solar. I said that I will talk to five solar company. So I set up five appointment one a day for a week. So I would not forget information that I receive from one company the day before. I was in sales for over 20 years. Just wanted to see who new there product and who was just trying to get a sale. After the five interview. The sales rep from Arizona solar waive he new his product. Wasn't just trying to get a sale he let the information he talk about make the sale for him. 5 stars, start to finish. Brad and team took us from zero to solar in under a month. We sat with at least 10 solar companies and listened to their offering. Our sales representative, Michael, was far and away the best we encountered. This was not a 'sale', this was an educational session. He spent no less than 2 hours with us during our first consultation. All of our questions were answered thoroughly with proposal modification done on the fly to model out different scenarios. He also explained the tax credit very concisely. Something to be sure that's understood before making the investment. The warranty coverages provided are very straightforward, unlike other companies who use a third party provider. Highly suggest reading all fine print. One company uses a third party that assumes ownership of any parts requiring replacement. Even the sales representative of this company was not aware of this fine print. Once we decided to move forward with AZ Solar Wave, our experience was seamless. Other than our consultation, only interaction was with Brad, the installation team, and the gentleman who turned on the system. No 3rd parties, no dealing with SRP, they handled it all. The installation crew worked extremely hard to ensure we were satisfied with placement of all conduit, while remaining within code. I had several requests on conduit routing and they were more than accommodating. Once we were up and running, Brad made sure we understood how to best manage our demand so that we could maximize our system from day one. I was very skeptical at the outset of our solar journey. I had been looking into solar for a while. After I met and listened to the representative from Solar Wave I asked for a few days to decide. The rep was very kind and asked if he could help clarify anything. I simply said I needed time to figure out why the whole world wasn’t doing this. This is a smart move for everyone. It’s almost free money. The team shows up and installs what they need and leaves it clean and easy. Do it. It really does work well.

From start to finish there were no surprises. Brad and Jesse keep us up to date on the status of every step of the process which made our experience hassle free. Brad the operation manager coordinated everything and was on top of all the details of the process. Brad's communication went above and beyond expectations.
