We have had a wonderful experience with this company. The woman we worked with for all our paperwork was great and very detailed in what we needed to do. The men who came to our house to do the install were kind, polite, and tidy. I was recovering from surgery while they were working on our home and they checked in on me to see how I was doing. They even turned their music off when they saw the curtains drawn so I could nap. Very courteous! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Repeatedly Dishonest - Very Disappointing

This company seemed great when we first met with them in July. They were taking lots of orders so unfortunately said we'd have to wait until early October for an install. The week of, we called to check in and were told we'd been bumped back to early November. Then it was late November. We finally got panels put up in the middle of December. Next step was to have an electrician hook them up. We took off work to let him in on a Friday morning and when he didn't show, we called and were told he'd have to bump it back to Saturday morning. Then it was Saturday afternoon. He finally showed up Tuesday under the promise that he'd stay and get it done that day. However, he only stayed 1 hour before leaving saying he'd be back in a couple hours. He never returned. We're now being told he'll come Friday, but I can't get a hold of anyone willing to put that in writing. I am desperately hoping that their product is better than their service and that they eventually decide to actually complete the work they've started. More people need to get solar and All Energy Solar is undercutting the industry by offering such terrible service. I now recommend that people buy into solar gardens rather than deal with someone coming to their home to put up panels. If they are set on getting them in their home, I cannot recommend All Energy Solar at all. We are very disappointed in their lack of service.

Small home grid intertied system

We had to wait a while for the SolarWorld 280 Watt panels to arrive but the All Solar crew had them on the roof in two days. Then there was another short wait for the master electrician to finish the wiring hook up. The most frustrating wait was for Excel to come ok the project & turn it on. November has been pretty cloudy but in the 3 months the system has been running, it has pumped 375 Kwh into the grid above covering the 954 Kwh I have used.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!

We have had Solar for close to 30 years. The last ones were part of a test by the Federal Government. The result of that study was "Minnesota is too cold and too far north for Solar Panels to work". We had many years of lower electricity bills and even power, during the day, when our neighborhood lost it. Three times. When we were looking to replace our system, the feds tried to force us to go with one of their's, from China. We kept looking and found these guys. They were always on time, clean and kept us informed. They were GREAT!!

Perfect Installation

I had a great experience from meeting the folks at the local home show in West Springfield MA, to working with Sarah my sales rep and the installers Working with Sarah to get the quote through working with her in getting the system installed went very well and through out the process she was always very responsive to my emails with questions. She helped me with all the paper work for filing with the Electric Company as well as the paper work for the SREC process. The installers were friendly and worked hard in the heat and humidity that came early that year in May. I would highly recommend this group!

All Energy Solar did a gresat job!

All Energy Solar: 1. Gave me a free, on-site assessment, with careful calculations including on my roof pitch (22 deg), southern exposure (175 deg), possible tree shade issues, etc. With this info. they calculated that about 10 panels would fit on my south facing roof, and those ten panels could produce, in my case, about 70% of my electric needs. 2. They gave me a clear, specific cost quote, with explanation of how, with the current tax credit, the system could pay for itself in 7 years. I signed on! 3. The installation team was professional, on time and did a great job. 4. After 3 weeks of operation in fairly sunny late Oct. weather, the panels generated 80% of my electric needs to Nov. 1. 5. Three weeks in to being an electric generator, I HIGHLY recommend All Energy Solar.

EXCELLENT!

All Energy Solar is a great company! The whole process with All Energy Solar was enjoyable. They are very reliable and knowledgeable. They were patient with our questions and really good at explaining everything from the financial side of things to how the system works. The installers were friendly and courteous. One of us works from home and they worked around a schedule that was not always convenient for them. In any project of this scale there are bound to be some problems. We had one small problem with our meter and they came right away to fix it. The computer monitoring system (where we get to see how much electricity we are selling and how much we are using) didn't work right away and we had immediate support to sort it out. We are thinking about moving in a few years and will definitely hire them to install solar panels again. We highly recommend All Energy Solar.

We have had solar panels for over 20 years and love them. 3 times now, we have lost power, during the day the panels gave us all the power we needed so we did not notice it until the neighbors told us.
