We attended Farmfest August 2015 and our goal was to find a solar company we'd like to work with to do a project. We met Brandon Charboneau of All Energy Solar, St. Paul, MN and they were our choice! Brandon came out for initial site visits, worked with us to plan, explain and decide on project details, prepared our contract and upon completion visited with us to go over any questions. We were glad to see him again! He is very knowledgeable, makes the best recommendations to meet client expectations. Brandon is very professional, personable and someone we'd highly recommend! Our All Energy Solar project coordinator/customer liaison was Maria Allen. She did an absolutely great job managing all the project details and scheduling, coordinating with the power company, and timely notifications to us at each stage of the project from ground work - to system installation - to start up in January 2016. We really appreciated Maria's commitment to keeping us informed about the project details and timetable and answering any questions. Maria did an excellent job managing our project and we'd higly h recommend working with her and All Energy Solar!!

2.6 kW in Mankato

Working with All Energy Solar was a pleasant experience. They were quick to show up, do an assessment, and layout a turnkey project and price. They kept me well informed at every step of the process and delivered at the agreed price. Since going on-line on Dec. 23rd, there has been lost of gloomy weather, but it is -3F, the sun is shining, and the system is kicking out 1.75 kW in late morning as I write.

My wife and I were skeptical at first but now that our system has been operational for four months we couldn't be happier. We have been receiving " do not pay" in the amount due each month to the utility and are eagerly awaiting our first SREC payment due in February

We are pleased to be up and generating and happy to recommend All Energy Solar. From start to completion overall we found the team to be professional and responsive to our concerns as they arose. We were thrilled to have Cindy manage the paperwork end, Reid to explain the process and work with us on the calculations, and the crew to do the install. When we had a few glitches we felt heard and appropriately acknowledged. Glitches were reconciled in a generally timely fashion by All Energy. Happy with All Energy Solar

All Energy Solar was wonderful to work with. They gave us information about our options, including federal and state incentives. They helped us apply for the federal and state programs. Our system is projected to pay for itself in just 6 years. After that, our electricity will be "free" because we are expected to generate more power than we use. The construction workers were timely and cleaned up after themselves. All Energy Solar had staff who were here when the electrical and building inspectors came. All Energy Solar staff went out of their way to keep us informed and answer our questions.

Solar Installation Review

Everyone that we dealt with associated with All Energy Solar was professional, personable and respectful to us and to our home. We never had to wait for a question to be answered or for a concern to receive attention. We are very happy with the look of our installation and eager to see the meters indicating the production of electricity. Thanks especially to Derek, Maria and our installers.

Great job!

We had our solar system installed in September and have already produced twice as much energy as we used. We appreciate all the help and support from All Energy Solar staff, particularly Cindy Larson O'Neil, the Project Coordinator, who promptly responded to phone calls or e-mails and walked us through every step of the process. But, it might never have happened if Brandon Charboneau had not done a very impressive presentation. We are glad we listened to him. :)

We began our investigation about 9 months before requesting estimates. All figures pointed to a no lose proposition. We received estimates to include leasing and purchasing of panels. We discarded leasing as an option and went the purchasing route as the best economical and least complicated. Three solar companies were finalists. After interviewing the prospective companies and discussing with references presented we decided to go with All Energy Solar (AES). The information presented by Dave D’Onofrio, their sales representative, and overall cooperative nature added to the decision to go with AES. We had the contract reviewed and amended as requested by our lawyer without objections. Having seen how other companies had installed solar panels in the neighborhood we were a bit concerned about the aesthetics (ie exposed wiring and boxes). That is, in some instances the installs were quite noticeable and detrimental to the way the home appears. We expressed that concern to Dave and he assured us that they would do all they could. Normally this type of assurance is expected from any salesperson. The only difference here is that they truly did care about how it looked and how satisfied we would be. The day of the install came and the electrician did an excellent job of placing all wiring and boxes out of site so much so that no one can tell we have solar panels installed. The panel installers were quite professional and completed the job in two days. Overall the installers and electrician did a better job than we had expected!!! Seriously they did a superb job and took care of all of our concerns. After the install was completed and Dave came by and made sure we were fully satisfied, which we are! Throughout the process the Sarah Zazzaro, their project manager, was very accessible and answered all of my questions in a professional manner and within a very short period of time. As an ex-project manager I value this ability (to communicate properly and provide timely correct answers) as an excellent asset. Excellent experience working with All Energy Solar

We learned about All Energy Solar at the Northfield Home and Garden Show. Our sales representative Derek gave us an introduction to their services and offered to stop by our house to evaluate our solar options. We were unsure if solar was appropriate for us, since we do not have a south-facing roof. During his visit, Derek climbed onto our roof, took some readings, explained the solar panel solution in detail, described the various tax credits and rebates, and patiently answered our questions. It turned out that a west-facing solution worked well for us, though our payback is longer than that for someone with a south-facing roof. Though there were many steps and several forms to complete, our project coordinator Cindy did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. All Energy Solar's and Xcel Energy's use of electronic forms made signing agreements and contracts very easy. Our project had a couple of unexpected and inconvenient delays along the way, but in the end, it was completed according to the timeline Derek gave us. Overall, we are impressed with All Energy Solar, the high quality system we have in place, and with every single person we worked with at All Energy Solar, from Derek and Cindy to All Energy Solar's panel installers and electrician. Each individual was friendly, performed their work carefully, and took time to answer our many questions along the way.

Organized company with superb support

I had a unique situation as far as my power company was concerned. Their reluctance to integrating my system into the grid was addressed very effectively by All Energy Solar. It's a company that seems to have a "how can we make this work" attitude that I so appreciated. I am unable to recommend the financing entity that they use.

9.75 Kilowatt system installed 2015. Great service.

I have always wanted a solar-powered house and went into this knowing pretty-much exactly what I wanted. They were very supportive and worked with me and some unique needs I had. They were extremely professional and kept in contact with me regarding every step of the process. The sales, panel installers, electricians, and operations people were all very courteous. They worked well with local city and utilities, and there were no problems. I recommend All Energy Solar without reservation. We have 2 electric cars and so far in our first month, our system, to my surprise (it's October), is matching our total electricity use. In Iowa, with our system, combined with what we have already done to conserve (LED bulbs, eliminate the extra fridge, shut off ghost loads) we should over produce 6-8 months a year and under produce 4-6 months a year, with a net zero electric bill.

Excellent Product/Excellent Company!

I was driving home last November and heard them interview All Energy Solar on WCCO radio. They talked about all the incentives and how they handle all the paperwork for you. I called and met with Reid at our house. He was very knowledgeable and was the first of many great, personable people I interacted with. He told me about the programs, and how the system could pay for itself in a few years. Apart from the cost of entry, which required us to take out a home equity loan, there is no downside. After all the paperwork was completed (by All Energy Solar), we got our panels installed and up and running. I LOVE WATCHING THE METER SPIN BACKWARDS!!!!!! Along with that, I've spent a great deal of time watching the monitoring tools that allow you to see your production and usage over time. You can watch people in the house turn on/off lights and watch your usage change! But the people at All Energy Solar were the best! Cindy handled the day to day communication and was fantastic to work with. All the crews were professional and did a great job. And they were very responsive to questions and appreciate suggestions and feedback. They all seem to love working for this company! Considering you are dealing with State and local government and utilities for paperwork, the process does take a long time. This isn't something that happens in days, but in months, but it is worth the wait. I would recommend All Energy Solar to my friends and family, and plan to do so right away!

Couldn't have been easier

We recently installed a 3.9 kW system for our home. The entire process from start to finish was effortless, educational and rewarding. I love using the monitoring tools provided to observe both our energy production and consumption making us more mindful of how we use electricity in our home. The entire All Energy Solar team was great to work with. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions or concerns during and after installation. I could not recommend them more highly. Very pleased!

Excellent company

My experience with All Energy was excellent. They had all the bases covered, from working with the power company, to financing, to the installation and follow up, they were great.Their on-site staff were efficient in their jobs, and respectful when we spoke. The project manager kept me informed on the progress of my "solarization".

Great experience

We had a great experience with All Energy Solar. We initially met in January or so, and got approved for Xcel Energy Solar Rewards rebate program, and went ahead with it. Our system was in by September (sounds like a very busy summer for All Energy), and we are loving it so far! A few of the panels weren't working the first couple days, so there were 3-4 guys out here immediately diagnosing and fixing the problem to get us up and running at peak efficiency. Thanks!

New Energy for an old house

All Energy did a great job with design and installation of our system, including structural mods needed for our 119 year old roof to adapt to our panel array. All Energy Solar was with us every step of the way and made this dream project an easy reality. We've been in operation for over five months now, and even with our air conditioning loads through the summer, we've generated (net) all the power we've consumed and about 20% left over. We couldn't be happier without system. Big thanks to the team at All Energy Solar!

Great experience!

My family and I recently had solar panel installation on the roof of our private house. I investigated different companies and received 3 bids. 2 of the companies giving me bids were of good quality including All Energy. In the end, I went with All Energy because 1. They are a solar dedicated company. This s what they do and they've done a lot of it with several large projects. This has already come into play because I had a microinverter go down. They investigated the problem, diagnosed it, and replaced the inverter on the warranty. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork or do anything else other than communicate about the problem. Not sure all of this would have been so seamless with a company with less experience. Additionally, they handled my Minnesota Made application and I didn't have to do much for that which was great because we were fortunate to receive this incentive and it made a substantial difference in terms of the total net cost of the system. 2. They were recommending a system with micro-inverters which was a bit more expensive and offered greater efficiency and better monitoring capabilities. With the micro inverter, you can monitor your system performance panel by panel. As mentioned above, this has already come into play. In the end, I'm happy I went with this option. One of my biggest concerns with the process was the quality of customer service with the different companies as I was anticipating this may be needed as problems inevitably arise over the yrs. Reid, the off site sales person was very knowledgable and professional. All communication was returned in a timely manner. After the deal was done and it was time for install, I worked with an in-house sales person, Cindy. I can't say enough about how excellent she has been Has gone above and beyond with a couple relatively minor problems we had to deal with. She always responds to my emails within 24 hrs and if she can't answer a question, she gets an answer in short order. Our project was actually installed and completed ahead of schedule. On the whole, I'm very happy with All Energy and would recommend them to friends and family.

FIRST CLASS OPERATION START TO FINISH!

My installation went so quick and the process flowed week to week in anticipation and finished flawlessly leaving me completely impressed with the product, installation and the immediate cost savings upon start up. Almost too good to be true, but that's the best part..IT WAS! From my first impressions and finished meeting with Brandon to the follow up from Cindy was first rate and they go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, save you money if they can, or answer any questions. I'm sure they have several clients they deal with day to day, but I felt like I had my own personal sales person, installers and manager as no question, call, email or text went unanswered without an immediate response. Our installers, Austin and the crew, overseen by Bill were great and very personable and show attention to detail on site. I was left with the impression that they were treating my project and installation as their own. They truly care about you, your project and care about our environment!!!

Guys on the Roof

When i saw the professionalism of the guys on my roof installing my solar, I was awe-struck. Energetic, knowledgeable, kind, and straight---especially interested in causing NO damage to my new siding and roof! Had to have a down line for the panels: they made it so its practically invisible. Every time I had a question, it was answered. Cindy, in main office, was especially helpful! I am impressed!

Super pleased with the great customer service and support during the whole process. Very nice people to work with, and always felt that they were willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. Wish I owned a bigger roof or another house so I could do it again! Now to throw a party and convince my neighbors to go solar!

From the very initial phone call through to flipping the switch on our solar system, All Energy Solar was an excellent partner to work with. Reputable & Professional

I quoted several companies when evaluating my solar options. I chose All Energy Solar primarily due to their use of SunEdison panels, online monitoring and outstanding customer service. I purchased my panels and they provided excellent financing options. I have found their assumptions in their pricing package to be accurate. The solar process in Massachusetts is very complex and they did a great job explaning it. The entire process takes approx 3 months. They walked me through each step of the way. They installed the panels and electrical system in approx 4 days. The crew was extremely professional and did a great job. My panels are all black and I get comments on how good they look. I am very happy with my purchase.

All Energy makes the sun shins!

From the beginning of the project, All Energy guided us, kept us informed (more information than we could absorb) and listened to our energy needs, heeding our budget restraints. When winter had ebbed, construction began and went like clockwork. The team was friendly and exceptionally considerate of our rural property - actually a delight to have on site. The design of the array is handsome and surprisingly delicate in appearance and elegant to behold. And... it performed the instant the power company gave the green light. We can monitor our production from afar via a terrific Internet site, and still marvel at our "no payment due" electric bills. All Energy handled all the state and federal paperwork for rebates and credits: it was smooth, worry-free sailing for us. A real test of any company is when a problem arises. A problem arose: the fellow who hays our fields came one morning and announced that his equipment had clobbered a corner of the array, destroying a few panels and damaging the structural frame. Surprisingly the system was still operating, although at a reduced output due to the damaged panels. We were panicked - how would get the array fixed? All Energy responded quickly to our call, sent a team out to assess the damage and formulate a repair plan, gave us a quote for the repair work, and we're now in the process of returning the solar panel array to its original full capacity (and elegant appearance). All Energy has been responsive to us throughout the process, and they've been there when we really (really) needed them during the operational phase of the project. The entire team is well-informed, enormously helpful in explaining basic operation (and theory) as well as being generous with maintenance and monitoring tips. And they're both enthusiastic and energetic supporters of alternate energy production and are solidly behind not only helping the customer but helping the planet. What more can we say? We've been delighted with All Energy and are already contemplating adding to our system and would highly recommend the company and its very competent team of people. All Energy is like sunshine.
