worst company ever

had them installed in 2018 it was a nightmare. now trying to have follow up service is completely a joke. you can leave as many messages as you want i have tried. after you sign first contract they drop you. off to the next .customer service is not there!!!! find a better company that will give customer service anyone but all energy solar

Loving having solar

All Energy did my solar install at the end of 2020, and they did a great job keeping a clean worksite, and everything looks great. The black framed panels are really sleek and attractive on my roof. Had one small issue after the system turned on but they took care of it, and am very happy with the experience and would recommend them for your solar needs. From start to finish they did a great job.

We had a fairly large solar install completed by All Energy Solar on our home and we couldn't be more happy with the results! The comprehensive communication we received from Carlo, our project manager was informative and he was always available to answer any questions we had at any time. My wife and I chose All Energy Solar for our solar installation and am happy to recommend them to anyone considering solar for their home. They did a great job of helping lead us through the process, providing all the technical, financial and utility company related information my wife and I needed in an understandable and professional manner. We never felt pressured or unsafe, even doing this in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The installation was easy and efficient and I was kept in the loop all the way. David D'Onofrio did a great job explaining the details of the system and the proposal, and after we went with All Energy Solar, Carlo Maloni did a great job as the Project Manager keeping us up to speed on what was happening and what we needed to do. We are very satisfied and glad we chose All Energy Solar! We started exploring our solar options last summer. All Energy Solar is great to work with

We chose All Energy Solar through a referral by good friends here in St. Paul who had just completed their installation. They are retired accountants, and made their detailed fiscal analysis available to us, including their initial few months of production. This was persuasive. We are retired environmental scientists and want to support solar energy by moving away from carbon energy sources. Our (small, eight panel) installation is complete, but we are still a few weeks away from solar production. Megan Spear, our project manager with All Energy Solar, pays attention to detail and has been great to work with. She keeps in close communication with us about all aspects of the job, and has advocated for us throughout, especially with the power company. Great work Megan! We look forward soon to checking our phone app to see how much solar energy we collect!

All Energy Solar did a great job with our installation, we spoke with a number of companies and found them to be reasonably priced, with a great product and informed staff. They kept me up-to-date during the entire process. Provided timelines for each step and provided explanations for any deviation from the timeline. Their installers were professional and followed all Covid-19 protocols. I would highly recommend them!

The search for a solar rooftop vendor CAN be daunting with SO many choices but it doesn't have to be. Simplify and call All Energy! From the start, they were patient, addressed and answered my MANY questions (I am rather meticulous) and delivered a rooftop solar system that is performing well now and will for many years. Their crew was top notch and installed quickly even in December! The more you learn about the benefits from owning your OWN power source and solar rooftop, the more it makes NOT only environmental sense but becomes a financial no-brainer as well. We chose All Energy after doing extensive reviews online. Our experience matched the solid reviews. Their turnkey solution made the process simple from start to finish. Any issues that arose throughout were handled promptly and professionally. No project like this is going to execute 100% smoothly so it's important to have the vendor be open to concerns and respond in a timely and effective way. David and Carlo (main contacts) were great throughout the process and really made sure we were pleased with the final product. Very Professional

Everything went smooth with my installation. At the beginning of the project the sales representative listen to what my wants were and was open to changing the quote a few times for me to adjust for the changes. Installation went smooth and they showed up on time and were very professional while on site. Installation was quick and the finished product looks very nice. I've had the panels turned on for 2 months now and they are producing as expected, the monitoring systems that All Energy installed for me are great and they are fun to watch throughout the day.

Phenomenal Customer Service!

The team at All Energy Solar are phenomenal! They have been so kind, helpful, and patient throughout the process. Rarely have I had a customer service experience with such great follow-up. I would 100% recommend the All Energy for you solar install.

POOR THEY WONT MAKE MY HOUSE SAFE .

I would not recommend them until you do your own homework they have made my house have a dangerous situation an said they cannot fix it because of the following conversation which I will paste their response I have snow falling off my 2nd story roof right on my front stairs cannot get out sometimes of the front door. They also charged me a $1000 down payment when they figured out Panels deposit was only supposed to be 500 never got the other 500 Dollars Hi Ken, The concern with installing a snow guard on the solar panels is that not only is the snow load in Marlborough 80 lbs/square foot, which is quite a lot, but the panel manufacturer JA has advised that installing snow guards on the solar panels will void their warranty. I notice there are no gutters installed along the roof line. Gutters could be another possible solution for you. 36 panel installation - home and detatched garage

We had 36 panels installed by All Energy Solar this summer/fall. We were highly pleased with the process from design through installation. The initial consultation was informative and laid out how the project would proceed. The site survey was thorough and resulted in a detailed design and cost specification. The permitting and approval process dragged out far longer than I would have liked as it meant we missed most of the summer sun; however most of the time was waiting for Xcel Energy to do the approvals on their end. Our project coordinator, Jill, kept us apprised of progress with Xcel. Once all the permits and approvals were in place, the installation was scheduled. The crew arrived and worked for about 7 days. Our installation was a little different because we did arrays on our house and detached garage (required a trench to connect the two). Crew was professional, even dealing with a COVID scare from one of the installers, and we're very happy so far with the finished product. The close-out appointment with Charles answered all final questions. After our very poor experience with Tesla (over a year of struggling to get a detailed design out of them), it was a very positive experience with All Energy Solar.

Nick and the entire crew from All Energy Solar were very professional and responsive throughout the installation process. They did a great job on the installation in spite of working on day the weather was not the best.

All Energy provided is with great info to decide if solar was a good fit. Everyone we worked with in person or virtually was super professional and kept us informed at every step. A month in we are very pleased with the level of production in Dec! I highly recommend contacting All Energy of you're slightly curious about solar.

Fantastic experience from start to finish

I first heard about All Energy Solar from a friend that just had a system installed by them. His experience was great, and since I was in the market for installing a PV system I decided to contact All Energy Solar. Everyone I dealt with was responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The process started out with a site assessment, from which an installation estimate and panel layout was generated. This is also where your energy savings estimates are calculated, and financing options are discussed. Once we had settled on the details an installation visit was scheduled. Due to the federal tax credits expiring this year their installation schedule was very busy. Even though it took some time between the initial visits and the install, the folks at All Energy Solar reached out regularly to give me updates on the install date. The actual day of installation went smoothly, with the crew arriving around 8am and the system was fully installed and ready for inspection by the same afternoon. Once the inspection was performed I was able to easily flip the switch and connect it to the grid. After things were up and running, a technician from All Energy Solar contacted me to walk me through the energy monitoring system and the app for my mobile phone. So far things have been up and running for several months with no problems whatsoever. The first big snow of the year covered the panels for a few days, and that has been the only interruption in service. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at All Energy Solar for anyone considering installing a grid-tied solar PV system.

Solar is Good. All Energy Solar Makes it Better.

Friendly, organized, responsive staff makes the process straightforward and pretty painless. It won't happen "in a day", but they are good with laying out expectations and explaining various options and the resultant effects. I am an architect, and had some more technical and design-based questions and requests, and they did a great job of working with me.

Overall Wonderful Experience

All Energy Solar installed a solar panel system on our house a couple weeks ago. Though we're still waiting for our local energy company to install a final energy meter before they can be turned on, the entire process was smooth, easy, and low stress. Working with Alex and Nick for the design and implementation processes was fantastic. They were professional, friendly, responsive, answered all our questions, and were happy to work with the city, our homeowner's association, and our energy company to make sure everything was approved. When the installation happened, the staff they sent out were very quick, respectful, clean, and friendly. They explained what they were doing each day and made sure we understood what they were doing to our house/garage and why. We had requested quotes from other solar companies and not only was All Energy the most economical, they were the most professional, explained the products well, and made personalized recommendations for panel type, installation design, and timeline. We would recommend them to anyone looking to add a solar panel system to their house!

I had been considering stepping up to renewable energy for some time, when I received a mailed invitation to a free consultation. My All Energy sales rep was very patient, thorough and direct in his assessment of my particular situation. He gave me several scenarios and installation options and from what I can now tell was conservative in his payback estimate. I pulled the trigger the end of January of 2020, unaware of the pandemic year that was to follow. Despite those challenges we were able to proceed in a timely fashion and the work crew that was on site was respectful, courteous and obviously well trained, from the head electrician to the rooftop installers. I was kept informed through the entire process by the project manager of what was happening and what was coming next. And I still recall the excitement that summer day when we threw the switch to put the array on line and began producing electricity. Even some small cosmetic damage that occurred was quickly arranged to be repaired and paid for without me having to lift a finger. In spite of delays that I caused waiting for some roofing repairs I wanted completed prior to the install, I was very pleased with the entire process, including the post- installation follow up that All Energy provided. I can now monitor my entire system on my phone app and follow daily, weekly or monthly production progress. And, my most recent utility bill of 0.22 (22 cents!) sums it up the best. And, that's including sewer and water charges on top of electrical, so my electrical credit was nearly enough to cover my entire city utility bill. While charging an electric vehicle! Every sunny day here in Wisconsin gives me even more reason to smile. And know that while I'm putting money back in my pocket I'm also doing something good for the planet. This has turned an otherwise grim year into one that gave something to be truly proud of. I highly recommend All Energy Solar and commend their entire staff for making this such a rewarding experience for me.
