First Class Job!

Worked with Carlo and the team for several months. A job well done! Gave us a good bid, and backed it up with first class service throughout. Crew was on time, got the job done in a few hours, and cleaned up nicely. Carlo helped us get through the permitting and interconnect process, which took a little longer than hoped (delays on the govt side, not theirs), and was totally helpful throughout. Followed everything up to completion, and closed out nicely. Highly recommended!

All-around great solar experience

From the start of the project, AES worked closely with me to get the system I wanted. They looked at my post usage and costs to determine the right system. They worked behind the scenes to get all the paperwork and permits set up for me and installed the arrays in no time---the crew even stayed late to make sure they completed the project efficiently. The office staff and project manager were communicative and knowledgeable. The crew was friendly and approachable. The one minor issue i had after the set up was fixed immediately. Now I've been solar powered for a month and love it!

Great experience

We got the OK to turn our panels on today and we could not be happier with the entire experience with All Energy. Carlo has been with us since the beginning. He was always available, proactive knowledgeable and helpful. Alfie, the electricians and the install crews that came to to the house were phenomenal. They were quiet, kept a clean site and were there when they said they'd be. They were fair and honest, and respectful. I will be contunue to highly recommend them in the future.

Great experience with great company and great results!

We researched quite a bit before choosing All Energy Solar and chose them because they were familiar with the Twin Cities and Dakota Electric and they made the entire process of going solar easy and seamless for us. Price was very fair, access to rebates and loan info was clear and up front, and sales/production/install folks were all fabulous. Absolutely recommend!

Great experience...would recommend to anyone!

I had a 9.5 kwh solar array installed by Solar Energy. I would say the overall experience was great. The team kept me up to date, even when we were waiting through the long process of permitting. The team that did that installation were done in 2 days and we had it turned on less than a week later. Overall great experience, the drawback to this process is the time it takes for permitting, but I think things will be getting easier going forward. Thanks to everyone!

Outstanding service 4+ years later

After looking at multiple solar installers in 2007 and again in 2016, we finally decided on All Energy Solar as our solar install partner. The installation process was smooth, and the customer service provided was excellent. Since that time, we've been enjoying the benefits of reduced energy bills on our solar. However, during my regular monthly check-in on my panels using my solar monitoring system, I noticed one panel was continually underproducing. I check it for debris, and there was none, so I contacted All Energy Solar for help. Within a day, a customer service person got back to me, and a few days later, they confirmed that a new inverter was needed for the one panel, and a crew would be out to fix it in about a week. As promised, they delivered and even sent me a follow-up email to let me know. It's nice when someone lives up to their sales pitch.

Very pleased with all phases of my solar project

All Energy's yard signs pop up all over South Minneapolis, so it was easy to find their contact information. My sales person took the time to gather the information about my situation, did a great job explaining the proposal she put together for me and was very patient with my questions. I wanted to go with a micro inverter system and that is what All Energy proposed for me. The installation crew was extremely professional and left my yard and gardens in perfect condition. My project manager went to bat for me when Xcel Energy dragged their feet on the final connection. All around great experience with All Energy!

Great customer service, very fast and no pressure

We reached out to several companies, based on recommendations from friends, All Energy Solar was the best. AES created our plan, and did not pressure us to get more panels than we needed. We received quick, comprehensive communication throughout the process. The installation was completed 2 weeks early with no issues.

Excellent service

We researched several companies before deciding to go with All Energy Solar. They were the most thorough and straight forward of all of the companies that I spoke with, and overall have a great reputation. We felt the option to purchase our panels was more beneficial than leasing. Both David and Carlo were amazing to work with throughout the process. Carlo kept in contact with us every step of the way, and he made sure we knew what the next steps would be as the project moved along. Our panels were installed and up and running a lot faster than I had initially expected. The installation team worked quickly, were very respectful, and cleaned up entirely after installation. The whole process ran very smoothly and we have already seen a significant savings during our first month. I would highly recommend All Energy and I'm happy we made the decision to go with them.

Very Satisfied

Our solar system was just installed and everything went very smooth and ahead of their original scheduled install date. They were very informative and continually reached out throughout the process with updates on how things were going. Highly recommend.

Terrific Experience

We did very thorough research and found All Energy to have the most up to date tech and best pricing. The proposal was clear and we never felt that we were being sold something that didn’t fit our needs. Our PM, Carlo was on it with communications throughout the process and beyond the install. The crew was respectful, tidy and clearly knew their trade. All around terrific experience, we are so glad we made the decision to go with All Energy.

Outstanding work while respecting our property.

We contracted with All Energy Solar after getting four bids for our project based on a Zoom meeting with David, the quality of the panels offered and employing their installation crew. Two days after signing the contract their project manager, Carlo, phoned. Carlo did an outstanding job of keeping us informed throughout the project with phone calls and emails before each phase and when some issues of inspections and permissions came up. All Energy Solar handled all the paperwork with National Grid for the required permissions. Carlo acknowledged receipt of key documents from both my wife and I and National Grid which was appreciated.

Great solar company!

All Energy Solar made getting solar panels easy! They answered all questions right away, took care of the permits, and followed up with Xcel Energy to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in solar panels!!!

Sunsational!!

After deciding to go solar, we checked with friends active in the alternative energy community if they could recommend a good Twin Cities installer. They did some checking and recommended All Energy Solar. We were familiar with the name because they are a Minnesota Lynx sponsor, and we are Lynx season ticket holders. We contacted them and never looked back. The staff (we dealt with Colin and Nick) were prompt, friendly, knowledgable and professional. We had no idea it would be so easy! They answered all of our questions and took care of everything - design, installation, permits, inspections, etc. Installation was actually complete ahead of schedule. We’d highly recommend All Energy Solar to anyone thinking about going solar.

Love our Panels

We had a wonderful experience with All Energy Solar, who installed a 19 panel system on our home. Brandon made sure that we understood all our options, the full process, and provided wonderful feedback on any questions we had. The entire process was great and now we have a more environmentally friendly way to produce the energy we use! We would highly recommend having All Energy Solar handle any solar panel installations you are considering!

All Energy Solar...a five star company

I spent weeks researching solar companies and reading reviews. Ultimately I decided to persue 6 companies that I felt would satisfy my solar needs. Conversations with each sales manager regarding price, quality of materials, workmanship etc. led to my final decision. I chose All Energy Solar, and I am so glad I did. Their regional sales manager (David D'onofrio) was informative, knowledgeable and easily accessible whenever I had a solar-related question. In my first conversation with David I told him I wanted a quality system that was both efficient and affordable. He delivered on both accounts. I mentioned that I wanted a company whose "price-point" was all-inclusive with no hidden fees. He delivered on that as well. His project manager (Carlo Maloni) was exceptional as well. He kept me informed and updated throughout each "phase" of the solar process. When he couldn't reach me he left a voicemail and an email to confirm everything he left in his message. It was not uncommon for Carlo to contact me on a weekly basis. Being kept "in-the-loop" is something I really appreciated. I can't imagine there is a better communicator or coordinator in the solar industry than Carlo. Kudos as well to Alfie (site inspector), James and his install crew and Mike/Mike (electricians). Their professionalism and workmanship were outstanding. Thanks to them I have a solar system on my roof that is not only aesthetically pleasing but will, I'm sure, reduce my dependence on my electric company for years to come. If you're reading this review, look no further. All Energy Solar is the company you should choose for your solar project. Pick up the phone and give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

They were the best!

All energy solar is NOT just trying to put panels on roofs like other solar install companies….I got estimates from several companies and All Energy Solar was the best value. Their people knew their stuff. They were on time, friendly and would answer any questions I had. Not to mention, they are using the best products on the market. And if you like good customer service, you should go through them…. I have met with my rep at least a dozen times, and they have plans to follow up for years after install is complete. Also….they do all the paperwork for you with your energy company.

The best

These folks are super easy to work with -- from arranging the install, to scheduling, to responding to requests for placement is conduit, etc. The team that did the install were organized, efficient, and kept a clean work environment.

Carlo and All Energy Solar were Excellent.

The Process at All Energy Solar was efficient. Also their process was remote, no need to go to town hall, or leave the house to perform the necessary functions as the buyer. Carlo had great customer service skills and was extremely communicative. He would explain things if needed. The installers were courteous, on-time, clean, and meticulous. Coming from the trades at one point, the work was neat and went the extra mile above code.
