Alba Energy has completely failed to honor their warranty. After multiple emails and calls, they stopped responding altogether, leaving unresolved issues with my solar system. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability and employee professionalism, and absence of management. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with such a major investment.

We were very excited to install solar. Alba sells it well. We’ve had our panels for years. But we recently started to get a dip in our output. I’ll admit. I didn’t notice it. But once I did, I started reaching out to them. I get it. Reboot. So we went through that. They literally don’t answer phones. And they barely respond to emails. I’ve called. Written. Left voicemails. Warranty? What good is a warranty they won’t honor? The wiring they sold with the system appears to be falling apart. Great! Am I supposed to climb up there and fix it myself? So here goes another week with no response. Another week with partially working solar. Another week where I’m wondering if they’ll actually honor their warranty. Probably not. Do not even know what to do or where to go next. I’ll tell you. Go to the next company. Save yourself the hassle. I’ll probably have to get a lawyer.

they never fix problems
Made several calls to this company to fix an issue, they always say "someone is going to call you back" and they never do. It has been 6 months and they still have not called me back.

Not so great anymore
I’ve been an Alba solar energy customer for some years now and have not had any problems until now. 2 of my panels are not working and I have not been able to actually talk with anyone . I have gone through the answering service they transfer me to someone but no one ever answers. Take down my information and then get an email from someone but that person seems to only answer emails every so often ? So do I recommend Alba Solar energy to anyone right now …
