The team at 816 Solar did an outstanding job on our installation and we couldn't be happier. Each step of the way from planning, scheduling, and inspections, they kept us informed and were super responsive and easy to work with. The installation itself was also a great experience. The materials were delivered the day before, and installation was completed in a day. The team worked great together, did very professional, conscientious, high quality work. We are super happy and would recommend these folks to anyone considering going solar! =)

Excellent Company
I am a physical therapist and work to serve clients everyday. I can’t think of a better company to recommend! The product is amazing and efficient. 816 solar pros made sure we have everything we need, worked with our local utility, and made installation a breeze. After installation they have made sure that we have access to fast support and are always available to make sure our experience with solar power is what we want for our home!

Solar install
The only bright spot to this company were the installers. That crew was on it!! ... but that's where it ended. Mark Grant was my salesman. Nothing has gone like he said it would go. Erin is the CSC I guess. Good luck having her do her job. She never follows thru w what she says and leaves you in the dark on everything. I guess Mike (?) ownes the company. No worries tho. He will NEVER talk to you. But hey! Just give him ur money. The guy who does the install says for u to call him if anything goes crazy w the setup. So you do and he ghosts you. The manager of operations says "Hey we setup your system wrong. We will be down on Monday to fix it." 5 weeks later and they haven't been down. The bottom line is this: these guys took on a job and refuse to finish it. Now I have a $70K solar system that only operates the kitchen and basement living room lights, 1 deep freeze, and an A/C unit (that I didn't want to run off my battery) when the grid goes down. If that's what you want your solar to do for you, this is your company!!! "So how much are you saving?" NONE! Last year my Aug bill was $300 dollars. This year it was $200 + $116 solar bill. I was a schmuck to go through this company. I really was.

A great experience!!
They are installed and working great, even on a cloudy day. Nate was easy to work with and informative and answered all my questions, which was a lot. Now that it is all hocked up and running, he is going stop by and show me how to use the app and explain what needs to be done next year for my 22 taxes. The install guys were really nice and also explained what was happening and what I should expect next. Just all around a great experience. Thaks
