It has been about a year since I started the process of getting solar. I am still, to this day, getting excellent customer service. They have been there for every question and continue to be. In the beginning, I knew nothing about solar and how it actually worked. I was given so much information and an amazing package with everything I needed to know after they were installed. A huge plus was that they made what would have been a jumble of papers into a nice booklet. I received a call recently just checking in on us and asking to see our bill to ensure we are receiving the maximum output as possible.
