It has been about a year since I started the process of getting solar. I am still, to this day, getting excellent customer service. They have been there for every question and continue to be. In the beginning, I knew nothing about solar and how it actually worked. I was given so much information and an amazing package with everything I needed to know after they were installed. A huge plus was that they made what would have been a jumble of papers into a nice booklet. I received a call recently just checking in on us and asking to see our bill to ensure we are receiving the maximum output as possible. Truly feel like they care and don't forget about us!
