Sales was great and getting everything together to include financing went
smooth. Then started the issues. System was supposed to be installed in October (written guarantee)
but wasn't installed until the end of November and the system didn't go live until December 15th. I had
to continue to reach out to the company due to I never heard from a company representative with any
schedule updates. To my understanding this was due to the volume of people trying to get solar and the
bad weather that came into our area.
The installers were very professional and did great work. They cleaned up after themselves and any
issues that arose they solved them very quickly. I was very pleased with the installation.
As stated earlier I went live December 15th on my solar production. The company has reached out to
