Sales was great and getting everything together to include financing went<br />smooth. Then started the issues. System was supposed to be installed in October (written guarantee)<br />but wasn't installed until the end of November and the system didn't go live until December 15th. I had<br />to continue to reach out to the company due to I never heard from a company representative with any<br />schedule updates. To my understanding this was due to the volume of people trying to get solar and the<br />bad weather that came into our area.<br />The installers were very professional and did great work. They cleaned up after themselves and any<br />issues that arose they solved them very quickly. I was very pleased with the installation.<br />As stated earlier I went live December 15th on my solar production. The company has reached out to<br />me on many occasions to ensure the system is working and if I have any questions.
