Just had our solar panels installed less than a month ago so I cannot rate on the quality and efficiency of the solar panels, yet. As for Fidelity's service, we had a pleasant experience working with solar sales agent, Andrew Smith. He was very thorough, patient, and honest, always return our texts; and no pressure or pushy.
